To arrive at the charming Blu Bungalow apartment, you will drive up to a stunning coastal chic home with the apartment located above the garage with its own access in the back entrance of the home. You will have a dedicated parking space – plus a few lux extras to make your stay unforgettable.

~Sleep Soundly – One serene bedroom with a plush King-size bed, plus a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, also a pack n play can be available. The full bath features a tub/shower combo, perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day.

~Cook, Dine, entertain – A sleek, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to whip up breakfast before the beach or a sunset dinner with your favorite seafood finds. An outdoor grill provided for your enjoyment. We’ve stocked it with everything you need for a carefree, delicious vacation.

As a guest of Destin Vacation Company, you’ll receive one free pass per activity, per day to some of the area’s best attractions, including:
The Gulfarium, The Seablaster Dolphin Cruise, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, Baytowne Wharf Adventure Zone, Four different golf courses.

Winter Monthly Rates: Available upon inquiry.

Amenity Starter Pack: Essentials provided for the start of your stay. Travel size body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Dishwasher soap, kitchen scrubber, dish soap, kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. These essentials will most likely not last you the entirety of your stay however they will get you started. Cleaning supplies are provided.

House Rules:

No smoking in the home or pool area.
No pets
No illegal drugs or non-prescribed controlled substances
Do not rearrange the furniture.
No events, parties, or pets allowed.
Restrictions on certain vehicles and parking.
Minimum age for renting is 25. No student groups allowed. ID’s will be required.
Guests have full use of the pool and dining area by poolside.
Guest do not have access to homeowner’s private pergola and fire pit area.
