JakeThe place is great for big groups! Clean house with everything you will need to accommodate a big group with meals. Fun stuff to do like billiards, old school arcade games and “pop a shot”. Lots of room for fun or privacy. Only issue we encountered was a hot tub without water and a pool that was not heated after multiple requests. I was told that both would be heated 48 hours prior to arrival. The management team did not know the hot tub didn’t have water or the pool wasn’t heated. They did get a technician out on day three of our 5 day stay to get water in the hot tub. Neither the hot tub or pool was heated enough to use before the end of our stay. Very dissatisfied with that but overall is a great place to stay.

Robert O.The place was nice and worked well for our large family. We booked it due to size and the heated pool and spa. We were extremely disappointed that neither were heated our entire visit. We reached out to the host twice prior to arrival to ensure it was ready when we arrived and it wasn’t. We touched base again and host wasn’t helpful. We reached out to the host when we returned home from the trip requesting a partial refund due to pool and spa not being heated during our entire stay as advertised. Host was not willing to work with us or give refund in any way. The amenities should be as advertised.

ShamekiaThis home was more than I expected! The home is absolutely beautiful inside and very spacious for a big family. The host was extremely responsive and polite. Additionally, they accommodated our request for early check in due to travel and they made me feel extremely comfortable contacting them with all of my questions/concerns. I would highly recommend and I will likely stay here again in the future.

PatriciaWe enjoyed our stay - family reunion of 15, ages 3 to 83 accommodated well. Very large house, 9 bedrooms plus an office. Huge TVs, pool table, arcade games, tepee room were fun. Very clean. Second full kitchen upstairs a big plus, as was large pantry. The pool itself was very clean, but the outdoor area/floors and furniture had some moisture issues and could be upgraded for a more luxury feel. More specific BR info: 2 Queen BR up sharing a J and J bath and 2 King rooms up sharing a hall bath. All other BRs have en suite baths. The 2 main floor King BRs have ensuite baths, but are connected by a thin door, which is something to consider for privacy. The location is in a subdivision of much smaller homes - not a resort or beach town. Close to Publix/shopping/restaurants. We had some issues/questions and host responded. Overall, good place for our family reunion.

ClarisaThe housing accommodations were awesome for a multigenerational family trip (5 seniors [ages 76-87], 3 adults and 5 children [ages 10-17]). Definitely enough space and entertainment located within the house. The frustrating issues included a missing remote for hot tub (inability to activate and control the hot tub settings) and a missing remote to pool TV. After encountering some difficulty with The Proper Group, arrangements were made for remote activation of the hot tub by the owners. The housekeeper was sent and could not locate the hot tub remote. A pool service technician and plumber were also sent to inspect the hot tub issue the day before our departure. The hot tub remote was never located during our stay.

MaheswariThis house is huge and a paradise for families! Our multi-generational group, including elderly grandparents, teenagers, pre-teens, and toddlers, had an absolute blast. The kids were endlessly entertained – the toddler game room, four arcades, air hockey, indoor basketball, giant connect 4, heated pool, water sprinkler & hot tub kept them busy. The man cave with a bar, large screen TV, ice maker, and pool table were the perfect adult retreat. The dedicated office space was a huge bonus for the three in our group working remotely. Loved the gym. Loaded kitchen with every item you can think of. Appreciate the coffee pod refills, noodles and pan cake mix. The electric griddle and the pan cake mix was helpful You get a kitchen on each level. Two refrigerators, two washer/dryer & thoughtful additions through out. We were a group of 20, and still, everyone had their space. The beds and seating areas were extremely comfortable, and the home was designed with large groups in mind.
