Vista Grande Oceanview - Steps to beach/Game Rm

Imagine days filled with ocean breezes, salty kisses, sandy toes and a luxurious space sitting high above the ocean's vista to relax and spend your days. Above the Vista is a breath taking home with everything necessary to create the perfect vacation spot at the beach! Begin with the view which takes center stage across the front of the home. And sunrises you will enjoy, beyond words!

This home is ideally set up with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor, two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor, and a big game room for entertainment. Going up to the second floor it opens to a great room with spacious living room, nicely sized kitchen plus generous island, and dining area. There is a TV above the fire place (fireplace is not for guest use) that is a smart TV and can be seen from all rooms. There are stools at the island bar for eating or just chatting with the chef in the family. Most spectacular is the view!! You have an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Across the entire front of the home there are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to a covered balcony. With all that glass the view is immense. It is all you see and almost like a picture save for the fact that you will see the waves rolling in, one after the next. From the great room you will find a hallway that will take you to the 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The master bath is en suite and in the master bedroom you will also find a door to the upstairs back balcony. This overlooks the back yard which is accessible to the ground floor. It is a nice quiet space to relax and catch a sunset as well. The first floor can be access through the game room or from outside. Here you will have two (2) bedrooms and one (1) bathroom, access to the enclosed back yard, and a kitchenette. Bedroom one offers a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker and a large electric skillet. There is a nice grill outside with a burner. The home is light and bright and has a wonderful back yard to relax and enjoy. There is a covered porch and lots of lush native foliage. The beach is so close that you can feel the salt sea air in the cool breezes. A little sun, a little shade, and a beautiful place to stay. A quiet space to relax. The sunrises here are spectacular as the sun comes up over the Atlantic Ocean. This is something you will not want to miss as it is one of the most spectacular places to view this. Early risers take a stroll down to the shore and see and feel the magic happening. The shoreline stretches in both directions for miles and is a wonderful place to walk and meander while looking for shells and watching the sea birds dive and play. Above the Vista is located in the quiet Butler Beach section of St Augustine. Away from the commercial section of St Augustine Beach, you will find the beaches more quiet, and have moments of owning it all to yourself. A walk to the ocean is just a few minutes or less and restaurants and shopping is by car just within five minutes. Downtown will take about 15 minutes by car and do stop and see it, as it is filled with history and a beauty all of its own. From a beach with miles of white sand in either direction, sea oats and sunrises, you will find downtown exciting with a huge energetic vibe. Close are restaurants to tantalize your taste buds and shops that will make you forget your budget. The art galleries boast everything from famous artists to local artisans who are amazing. Tiny cobblestone streets, horse and buggy rides where the drivers will tell you all about the nation's oldest city and take you to places you have only imagined. The fort, the pirate ship tour, ghost tours and more. Downtown is definitely a place to see. But while downtown is an attraction of its own, don't discount the restaurants close by Above the Vista. Some of our personal favorites are The Purple Olive, The Elk House Eatery, Commanders Shellfish Camp and Bistro 206 to name a few. And only five minutes away and still on the island you have an abundance of restaurants as well. Trust whether you eat in or venture out there are plenty of restaurants to suit everyone! On the island minutes away you will also find many beach shops, grocery stores, hair salons and spas, nail shops and so very much more. This location is most perfect. Nice and quiet and so close to everything else you will want or need for your perfect vacation stay! Downstairs parking is on the property and should host about 4 cars depending upon the size. Once in you may access the entire home save for the one cleaners closet which is locked. You will need a car here for shopping and exploring. No car needed for beach visits. You will find parking for up to 4 vehicles depending upon size. There is no street parking. Please park on the property only. This is a nonsmoking property. Please leave your shoes at the door while in the house.
