DawnThis home was perfect for our group! The home had spaces to gather and spaces to recharge. The rooftop pool was the right size for us to relax while enjoying views of the ocean and sunset. We also enjoyed the views of the sunrise from the front balcony.The home was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants and the town itself. I would definitely recommend this property!

BrittanyThe Salty Greek!!! Wow! This place was nothing short of amazing. Beautifully decorated in every room! Plenty of room for our big family. Gorgeous views. Awesome location. Private setting. The pictures do not lie. Our most favorite spot of all was the upper back deck including swim spa and covered seating area with a big screen tv for watching the game. Walkable to nearby restaurants. Two outdoor showers for rinsing were a big help. We had a great time!

Large Porch out front to view Ocean & the sunrise. Sunset from the huge back deck, table for 8, couches, TV and Hot tub with infinity pool. Definitely highly recommend this home

ThomasFirst and foremost The Proper Group left my friends and I a wonderful beach house to stay in for the week. We all felt right at home inside this beautiful home. The beach front and back patio was easily our favorite part about the house. Relaxing in the pool and hot tub while watching the sunset each night was so beautiful! The distance from the house to the beach is a cake walk every day. We appreciate the hospitality and recommend anyone else to book this home for your vacation!

DanieleThis was an amazing place to stay. We were able to have a multi-family vacation, ages 2 to 62, all under one beautiful roof. From cooking breakfast at 7am to evening hang-outs on the back patio, we had everything we needed. The house was well-stocked with necessities but also had its treats- board and card games, books, and even some children's toys. The hosts made it easy to be relaxed- the expectations and rules were very reasonable. They seem to understand that a vacation is supposed to be fun and carefree, and they certainly made it possible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to cook meals together. This was a great stay for a group of friends, with enough space for everyone to do different things—whether relaxing in the hot tub outside, cooking, or playing board games separately. The outdoor spaces and ocean views made it even better.The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we really appreciated how well the house was set up for guests. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Thanks for hosting us!

JodiThis place is wonderful. Clean rooms and bathrooms, beautiful views, large kitchen, tastefully decorated throughout, and right across from a gorgeous beach. There are three bedrooms (king, queen, bunk bed), living room, and two bathrooms on the lower level, and two bedrooms (king and queen), family/dining rooms, two bathrooms, and kitchen on the upper level. The deck above the garages is incredible. The Swimspa is so fun! Beach access kitty corner across the street. The ocean views from the house are breathtaking. We’re very sad to have to leave. Thank you for the wonderful memories made at Flagler Beach.

ScottLoved our Christmas Beach getaway at this home! The swim spa was perfect for the chilly winds that were blowing. They even put up a beautiful beach themed Christmas tree that our kids adored. Would definitely love to book again during summer time!
