JudithThe views and private direct beach access was amazing! The house was well appointed with plenty space for large extended family. Plus two lounge rooms multiple decks, pool table, large dining space, plenty of tvs, kept everyone happy. I would book the house again and highly reccomend.

EvonOur guests of 7 adults, 2 kids and a dog loved our stay! Beautiful house and enough beds/ rooms for all. Love the private walkway to the white, sandy beach, outside shower and patio area. We made use of the kitchen, outdoor grill, pool table, both TVs, boogie boards, beach toys, and board games. The beach view from the living room is great and some of us watched the sunrise every morning from the deck. Lovely home with all you can need for a peaceful and fun beach vacation with family.

JayneThe house was absolutely beautiful! There was a private walkway to the beach, and it was on a section of the beach which was not incredibly busy. We had 9 adults and 1 dog in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep as well as to sit and talk or eat - both inside and out. The pool table was a huge hit with our adult children as well as the downstairs living room. Looked just like the photos. They had chairs and boogie boards for the ocean as well as beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to cook for our large group.We had a WONDERFUL time! We will definitely come back!

MeganI rented All Decked Out for a family vacation with six adults and five kids (6, 4, 2, 11 months old). The home fit us very comfortably, had beautiful views, and the direct access to the beach was a huge highlight, especially having little kids. The beds were very comfortable and having two living room spaces was a nice feature if we needed to contain the little ones. It was a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go (e.g. The alligator farm, grocery store, downtown area, restaurants in the area.). Some extremely minor comments: If I had to point out a con, there were only 3 beach chairs which isn’t really enough for a house that sleeps 10-12 people and the beach umbrellas were small. If an amenity could be added, I would also suggest a baby gate for families with small children. That being said, it was hard to find anything wrong with this wonderful house and we would certainly stay again!

AmyWe absolutely loved staying here. The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We were able to cook two nights with the well stocked kitchen. Our son and his friends loved the downstairs living space where they’d could stay up late playing pool and the video games they brought. Our dog had a wonderful time too and the beach is very dog friendly and easy to walk on. Highly recommend this house for a lovely beach vacation.

NicholasAmazing beach house with private walkway over the dunes to the beach and wonderful views of the ocean from the house. Lots of room for our family of 5 adults. The pool table was fun. Kitchen was well appointed to make meals when we didn’t feel like going into the St Augustine downtown area.Hosts were extremely accommodating in meeting my needs with my allergies (no feather bedding or heavy scented cleaners) which was really appreciated.

BrianneThis place did not disappoint! Everything was exactly as the pictures depicted. It's like having your own private board walk out to the beach! No complaints, no issues, just a great weekend at a wonderful house. All of the furniture was comfortable, the master bath shower is among the best I have ever used in my life, and the views can not be beat. As someone else said, the kitchen was very well equipped, and it has an induction cooktop!(I've always wanted to try one). We spent a lot of time looking for the perfect house for an off-season beach weekend, and I am glad we settled on this one.

BernadetteThe description is accurate and there’s even more appliances than listed. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need from a hand mixer, multiple blenders to cake pans. We celebrated my son’s 30th birthday and the property was the perfect place with direct beach access, tons of beach towels, chairs and toys for the kiddos. I hope to visit again in the future.
