Pool Heat: Available from November through February. The rest of the year, the ambient air keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature. When heated, the pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Pool heat is an additional fee of $176.25. It can take up to 48 hours to fully heat the pool so please let us know at least two days before check-in if you want to add this amenity.

MollyWe so enjoyed our stay of several weeks at this beautiful home. The fabulous Alligator Farm is literally around the corner; the Amphitheater is a 5 minute drive, and historic St. Augustine is right down the street. We have stayed in quite a few home rentals lately. Most have missed the mark in the cleanliness department. This home was exceptionally clean, with a nice fresh vibe. We used the lovely pool every day. Since we were there during the heat wave, we didn't use the pickle ball court, thought it looked great. Paddles and balls were provided. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. Communication was reliable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Cynthia S.This house we rented because of the pickleball court and pool. My teen boys had a blast playing. Pool was very nice. Yard could definitely use some foliage and plants. Very bare bones, but house is super cute. The neighborhood is very mixed. The street is not great until you get close to the house then there are nicer homes. We walked every morning to check out the neighborhood. There is a very strong odor of sulfur in the yard and i think it is coming from the water treatment facility behind the house. The front chair was broken on porch and i fell and got huge bruises the first night but i told the manager, also they did not tell us do NOT turn the knob lock on front door we got locked out! Must only use keypad to lock/unlock by hitting the check mark when leaving. All in all a great stay and would recommend. Not within walking distance to downtown, must drive pretty much everywhere but St. Augustine is amazing place. Restaurants are all excellent! Especially Sunset Grille and Mango Mango. MUST have 4WD to drive on beach and hard to find parkling. Beautiful beach.

MarissaWe had our mini baby moon here and it was great! The pool and pickleball were a hit, I think we stayed there more than out exploring. Close to the beach and downtown area. Alligator zoo is walkable and our toddler loved it.Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again! The Proper Group was very protective with reaching out and making sure our stay was going good and if we needed anything. Thank you!

HollyLittle gem of a house Positive: Beautiful well appointed house. Had everything you could think of and more. Loved location in between beach and old town. Walkable and small dog park right across the street. Pool and pickleball court were awesome. Communication was the best I've experienced. Thanks for everything and plan on renting again. Negative: Deeper steps with pool so you need one handrail on either side to hold on to getting in and out.

We enjoyed the proximity to the lighthouse and St George St. Negative: The kitchen sink nozzle sprays back quite a bit when the water hits the bottom of the sink when doing the dishes.

CTreated my mother with a Mother’s Day weekend getaway!Having the full kitchen and grill gave us freedom to cook delicious meals and was very well stocked! The Grill is very beginner user friendly and has now influenced me to want a grill lolIf you enjoy birds, the bird watching in the backyard and front deck had so much variety to watch! Our favorite we spotted was the spoonbill roseate.St Augustine beach is a 10 min drive and has so many options for restaurants donut shops coffee joints and most importantly ice cream!! Vilano beach is 17 minutes on north A1A and so worth the drive!First time playing of PICKLEBALL and definitely won’t be my last! It’s beginner friendly and so much fun!!!!!Love the pool and spending the afternoon soaking up the sun on the pool deck :)There’s a small “passive” park across the street that has a beautiful sunset view of the bayfront downtown STA horizon, and dog poop bags/drop off station is located there for easy access!Thank you so much!
