AmandaWe enjoyed our stay. Engough room for our party of 12. The home was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. The kids loved the pool, the bunk beds and fishing off the dock. Beach was beautiful. Just a few notes. If you have issues with climbing stairs the closest beaches access has a lot of them and there is a dock but, it isn't suitable for leaving your boat. We definitely would stay here again!

DawnThis was the perfect setup for our long weekend birthday/graduation celebration. The back porch and pool area is where we spent most of our time, but the beach is very accessible. Great location and perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

StaceyIt was a fabulous week celebrating a special 80th birthday. The location was perfect in the house. Had something for eve Positive: The house is very spacious for 8 or more people. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen was large and well stocked with what you need for cooking. The view from the back of the house is spectacular of the pool, dock and intracoastal water way. The beach is only a block away that you can walk to easily. Negative: Just some minor things like having to pay to have the pool heated (this was in March) and it did not heat properly; however they refunded the money with no problems. Some very minor things: it could use some new pool billiard sticks and it would be fantastic to have a kayak or two available to use to explore the oyster beds. There’s a ladder on the private dock that you can easily get to the shallow water.

JennyIt was a wonderful location . We totally enjoyed the pool and the intracoastal waterway w/ the private dock. The bunk room was a huge hit w/ the 6 yr old and his parents. I would definitely rent the house again as it was comfortable and we all loved looking for the abundance of wildlife, birds, turtles, crabs etc out on the water. Wish I had brought a pair of binoculars.

MarcoProper group is a group of professionals with a high regard to provide excellent service and care. They went above and beyond to accomodate our family when our first house fell through in a matter of hours. The house they selected exceptional and exactly what our family desired.

AmandaMy family (8 adults, a toddler and a baby) had the best time at this home. We thoroughly enjoyed our family time, the girls watching tv and the guys right next to us playing pool. The pool was nice and warm however with the windy chill this weekend we hoped it would’ve been a few degrees warmer. We also love going out to the dock to cast some rods and attempt to fish. On our last night we even saw some dolphins swimming in the distance, it was amazing. Definitely would stay here again!

LoriPeaceful and relaxing. Back yard to water and covered porch made even a rainy day nicer. Loved that all the bedding choices were queens or kings and for 3 of us, a bathroom for each. Shower off bunk room (very cool room) was too small for an average adult, probably fine for children. Very clean. Neighborhood was pretty good and the road was fairly quiet. Had an easy 1 mile loop for runs or walking. Cooking supplies and utensils were a bit spare but servicable. No tea kettle. Although i don't recall if bath supplies were supposed to be included or not, there were none, and at this price point, we generally expect those to be available. One disappointment was that the heated pool was not heated and upon inquiry we learned that there was an up charge for heating which was not noted the original listing. At that time it was too late in our stay to make it worth the added cost. If you want to use the pool (heated or cooled) be sure to set that up before you get there. Solid 4.5.

EjaIt was an amazing experience at Sunset at marker 62! The views were breathtaking & the sunsets stunning. The home was so cozy & we loved relaxing on the back porch watching the different wildlife by the water. The bunk beds were a favorite! We absolutely loved St Augustine & the Christmas lights downtown- it was magical! We will definitely be coming back!
