ToddPositive: Clean and very inconvenient location. Negative: Every early morning, we have to hear people Working with blower behind the house which is mini golf or whatever. We didn’t have quite good sleep during our stay.

PatriciaThe house was very nice and convienent, but will not stay there again due to the issues we had. Positive: The house was cute, updated and clean. Negative: The management company was not responsive. We had a plumbing issue that did not get resolved. I contacted the management company 4 times over 2 days. They never called me back with any updates which meant I had to keep calling them. They thought the issue had been resolved (which it had not) but did not call me to tell me that. The other issue is that the ads did not mention that the house backed up to a putt putt golf course. There was fencing and shrubbery which provided privacy but did not block out the noise. The course did close at 10 p.m., so it was quiet after that. However, each morning, after 8:30 a.m., a loud blower was used to clean the facility. It wasn't too much of an issue for us other than not being able to enjoy quietly sitting on the back porch during those times.

VickiGreat relaxing enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to others. Positive: Location was perfect. We visited our daughter and her family who also reside in St. Augustine and this worked well for us. The home was spotless and the neighborhood was great. If you desire to shop and explore St. Augustine I definitely recommend this property.

JenniferThis was a great house for my husband, teen son, 21 year old daughter, & I. Comfortable, clean, easy to get to lots of nearby attractions and restaurants in historic St. Augustine and along St. Augustine beach. Appreciated the umbrella on our one rainy day, the Keurig coffee and hot chocolate pods in the morning, and the beach towels for our nice day up at Mickler’s Beach. One day when our group separated, it was easy and reasonable to get an Uber into historic St. Augustine. Had a mix up with getting the code in our prestay info but management answered our call and had it fixed in minutes.
