This property had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The host was responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and great local recommendations. We loved our stay! House was great -- LOTS of space, LOTS of bathrooms, clean, great pool, well-equipped kitchen, everything we needed for the beach including chairs and a boogie board, responsive management company. Neighborhood was lovely -- neighbors were super friendly and the walk to the beach was very easy. On the rare occasion that a car would pass us on the walk to the beach, they were always driving super slowly and would wave hello. Beach is great -- super walkable, so wide, great sand, clean, lots of room for everybody out. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had 3 families and it never felt crowded. The house was well stocked and beautiful!! The pool was amazing and the hot tub was a great bonus. The outdoor bathroom made it convenient for the kids. There was plenty of room for parking. The easy 5 minute walk to the beach was a huge plus. Also loved the 3 sets of laundry machines!! We didn’t have any complaints and would definitely book again!

Great house that can do double duty! We loved all of the different spaces in this house that could accommodated our super large group. The upstairs secondary living room with tv was great for the kids, bedrooms and beds were comfortable, kitchen was ample and well stocked, the double refrigerators were fabulous to have. The pool and cabana area felt private and had plenty of seating for relaxing in the sun. Full-size bonus refrigerator with freezer in the cabana! Plenty of beach towels, toys, & games for the family. We arrived the next day after hurricane Milton and the property was in pristine condition. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable with proximity to the beach. Lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery nearby. There was a digital message board that was very helpful each day with reminders. Overall the house was welcoming, comfortable, and accommodating. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This place is really good for a larger family group, especially ones with younger children. The upstairs is great for families, but the whole house was great. A small deduction due to the upstairs bedrooms not being cleaned well before we arrived. I think this is easily rectified by this management group. We also had a small maintenance problem while there (not their fault) and the responded quickly. We recommend this place, and a couple of my friends are already considering it for a family get together.

We had family of all ages come from all over the country to meet at this beautiful home. The space fit a lot of us comfortably. Would recommend this luxury beach house with all of its wonderful accommodations for a large group. From the pool, outside kitchen/tiki bar, outside bathroom, hot tub, two large living spaces, two refrigerators, enormous kitchen, the list goes on and on how this house really made our stay fun and comfortable. The property group were very friendly and communicated everything we needed to know clearly. We will definitely book again.

The inside of the house was very nice. There were lots of weeds very high in the front yard. The pool was dirty but they came the next day and cleaned it. Nice after that. Nobody came to fix the landscaping.

The property is very clean, the setup is very nice. A few very small things were missing: wine opener, more kitchen towels - but also came nicely stocked with supplies and dinnerware. Most rooms have bathrooms, which is great and the common spaces were comfortable. The pool and pool area was very nice! It’s a bit of a hike to the beach but ‘no whining on the yacht’ seemed to do the trick - gorgeous beach and great neighborhood. We all highly recommend for a large family reunion.

My wife and I stayed at the White Rose with our three adult children, their spouses and our eight grandchildren. The house accommodated our party of sixteen perfectly! The bunkrooms were perfect for the kids and they loved the pool! The kitchen was large and well stocked... having three refrigerators (including the one at the Tiki Bar) was perfect for a big family. The only drawback is the length of the walk to the beach. Having a pickup to drive all the equipment to access path through the dunes was a lifesaver.

White Rose is a beautiful home for a family vacation. We had 17 and there was comfortable space for everyone. The pool area was great for all ages and especially the children with the light show every evening. Beach access was easily managed and the beach itself was fun and safe for children and adults. It was such a beautiful house for a big group that we had. It was so close to beach we could practically hear ocean waves. Every one of us thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.Just one complain I had was the sliding doors had edges on the bottom which comes above the floor and I hit my legs multiple times in there. Also it could be dangerous for running kids as thru could trip and fall. Overall was a nice stay on the big house. Thank you for hosting us.

Where do I even begin. From the time of booking until the time of our departure, the group was pleasantly communicative, providing simple and concise instructions on how to gain access to the property. The description of the property was extremely accurate and provided the perfect amount of space and comfort AND MORE for my family. The property provided an abundant amount of activities for both adults and children to entertain themselves, along with more than enough supplies and appliances to prepare family meals for those looking to eat in as opposed to eating out. The home is pristine and well maintained, providing a very "AT-HOME" environment. I will certainly recommend to those looking to stay in the area, as this will certainly be my choice if/when we return to the area.

This is a well-appointed home and worked well for our group. Nice, safe walk to the beach. Not far from the drive-on entrance to the beach as well. We easily navigated the area. The house is nice. The beds are comfortable. There was no consideration for soundproofing in the home. The pool area is nice. The pool is "heated," but have no fear; it is still cold enough for your daily polar bear cold plunge. We had a great time in a great house.

This property was perfect for 24 people. There was plenty of room. The property was very clean and had enough kitchen items and seating for 24. The tv outside by the pool didn’t work. I issued a work order and the tv was replaced the same day. I really liked the digital board in the living room to submit tickets for maintenance, information about restaurants and activities in the area. I received 3 different notifications for check out procedures. Each was slightly different. A suggestion would be to make them all the same.

This property was amazing. So many areas within the house for our family of 13 to enjoy. Pool area was perfect to enjoy after the beach. Short walk to beach, but we rented a golf cart. There are seven bedrooms, but only three with en suite bathrooms. Listing says there are six. Beautifully decorated. Hope to return in a few years.

The house is perfect for larger groups. We had 21 people in our group and there were plenty of beds, linens/towels, kitchen supplies, and space for everyone. We cooked all of our meals while there and the kitchen had everything we needed. One of the youngest in our group said "Five stars because it was awesome!"

We just completed our stay with our family- 17 adults and children. The White Rose exceeded our expectations. Large bedrooms, private bathrooms, bunk beds, a huge kitchen, 3 refrigerators, beach chairs, dozens of beach towels, an amazing warm pool, a large dining table and a grill! We had everything we needed for a great time together. The weather wasn’t great: it was cloudy, rainy and cooler than normal. But the pool is kept warm so we could still be out with kids swimming- and they don’t really care about weather! So thank you for all of the details like towels and a well heated pool. Also, thank you to the property management group for working with us to make changes due to airline changes. We appreciate your friendly, helpful and timely responses.

The White Rose is a 5 star property and the Proper Group is the Cherry on top. We had 8 men in town for 6 days of golf, beach days, to see concerts and this place couldn’t have been better. The layout is very well done, you can get away or be in the mix. The outside space is next level. Everyone had ample room. The endless towels, the way it’s stocked with everything you could ever need is what sets it apart. The Proper group was just as next level. Communication from start to finish. Offered extended stay availability at a discount, seem less check in/ check out process and the flexibility to deal with todays travel nightmares. We had to stay another 1/2 day on Monday and they accommodated with seamless communication. Couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. You get what you pay for these days and this property and management group is a great example.

We found your home on line and decided it would be perfect for our family of 14. Having 7 bedrooms was perfect and the rooms with the bunk beds was great for our younger children. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool very much. The ones who could walk the block to the beach did so with no problem. Fortunately, you were allowed to drive on the beach and we did so , carrying the chairs, etc you provided and had a great time at the beach too. The home was well stocked with paper products, tv’s in all the rooms and all necessary things to use to cook in the kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful home and a fun week for our family!

Overall experience- We had a great experience. From the beginning till the end of our stay we were wowed by how much thought went to this home. My family and I are all business owners so we understand what it takes to make a great experience for customers. The house was absolutely stunning, comfortable and user friendly. It was the perfect size for all of us to really relax and unwind from our every day life. They had every kitchen utensil we needed to cook. Every part of the house was up to date and had all the things. The pool area was fabulous.. They really thought of everything. It was close to the beach and we enjoyed the walk. A nice quiet neighborhood. -When we arrived we did noticed a fishlike scent coming from one of the recycle trash bins in the kitchen. We reached out and immediately they had their crew out to clean. -Our checkout was at 11 and the cleaning people showed up at 10 we hadn’t checked out yet. Favorite air bnb we have stayed in. Love their responsiveness.

The White Rose in St Augustine exceeded our expectations in every way. The kitchen is furnished and equipped with sturdy pots and pans, good knives, plenty of cutlery, and lots of serving bowls. We cook extensively on vacation, and it is rare to find an air bnb properly equipped like this.Each bedroom except two were equipped with king size beds and most of them had en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms had double bunks. The beds were comfortable, the linens crisp and clean.The bathrooms were impeccably clean.The beach is a very pleasant walk away. No more than ten minutes of slow walking, and 5 of brisk walking.The pool is heated, and full equipped with floaties for kids. They have a beach wagon available and plenty of beach chairs.This was easily the most comfortable, cleanest, nicest house we have ever vacationed in. Thank you so much!
