Jennifer M.My husband and I just finished spending a week here with our family , and were overall happy with the house. There is plenty of room to spread out, and it truly is an easy walk to the beach as well as the grocery store. The house was in good condition, and the air conditioner worked well. The kitchen was well equipped, but the main burner on the stove wouldn’t stay lit. Also, although the other burners worked, they were either on high heat or off. The oven and microwave worked fine, though. The main issues we had were with the lack of cleaning that took place before we got there. My children found some loose prescription pills in one of the second floor bedrooms when we first arrived. A bit later, they found a pouch of tobacco under a sofa cushion. We also found some “medicinal” gummies that had been (accidentally?) left in the pantry. We feel very fortunate that none of our kids consumed any of these things, as it could have resulted in a disaster. Less of a problem, but some of the pots and pans in the kitchen had been put away with food residue still in them. All in all, it was a great house in a great location, just wish the housekeeping had been a bit more thorough before we arrived.

Jill C.What a great place for a family beach trip! So much space for everyone. Well equipped for cooking and linens. Lots of extras like games, books, toys, beach gear. Adorable beach decor throughout. The bottom floor has a kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer and sink...along with a full bath. Backyard has a good size hot tub and fire pit. Fully fenced in which was great for the dogs. First floor has the main kitchen and living room with a guest bedroom and full bath (with a pocket door to close off both for privacy) and a kids bedroom w 4 beds and a 1/2 bath (with another pocket door to close off). Then the top floor has the master bed and bath. Streaming TVs in the master bed, main living room and bottom floor area. (The other bedrooms do not have a TV) The location was amazing. Several beach entrances very close by and walking distance to Publix and a few restaurants on Vilano Beach. A short 2 mile drive across bridge to main downtown historic district with tons of fun places to check out.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a spacious, enjoyable beach stay when visiting St. Augustine, especially those with their fur children.

MarkAmazing place to stay! If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, you will love driving on the beach at the inlet(2 left turns and 2 minutes). If not, it's a 5 minute walk. You can see historic downtown St Augustine from the beach inlet. The house was amazing. We had a smoke detector battery go bad and started to chirp, we sent a message to the host and had it taken care of within an hour! Amazing host and responsiveness! I would highly recommend this stay!

Laura F.Seamora Lovely, large vacation home - ideal for families & mixed groups. We appreciated the space & comfort that Seamora offered our group of 3 families. We were each able to have our own floor of the house, and enjoyed the generously big & well-stocked kitchen as well as the large dining table/living room for gathering as a group. The AC worked amazingly well, and we appreciated being able to control our own preferred temps on each level of the house. Lots of bathrooms!!! Appreciate the provided coffee, salt & pepper, paper products, leftovers containers, plastic wrap/foil etc! Also the streaming services on the tvs provided work easily! Kiddos appreciated the games & provided indoor toys/entertainment.For those who are considering renting, please note a couple of things that are not clear on the listing (things I would have wanted to know if I was considering this place for my group in the future): 1. the top floor is as advertised, king master suite. 2. The 2nd floor is the main floor of the house, where the shared spaces are located (kitchen, living, dining), this is also where the queen bedroom & bunk rooms are located. 3. The first floor has a rec room with large tv, ping pong table, arcade & mini kitchen as well as the only access to the outdoor space/hot tub. Apparently this is being called a “bedroom” on the listing (so if you want to use this as a bedroom there is a closing door, but it will also likely be a communal space, so expect the whole house to be in yo

JonThis is a great house in an awesome location. It’s less than two blocks from walking beach access and only four blocks to access driving onto the beach. Caution: must have 4x4 to drive onto the beach. First day we hauled two wagons and the soft sand was beyond exhausting. We drove on the second day and was much easier. You can easily walk to Publix, the pier and restaurants/bars near the pier. Cannot find a better Vilano beach location. The house itself is great. Kitchen fully stocked and everything works. The space is as marketed. Entrance floor is more so game/playroom with small kitchenette and fully bath. Main floor is kitchen, kids/twin bed room with half bath, living full and other semi-full Master - that has a barn door that shuts off the hall way to at leads to bedroom and full bath. Third floor is Master.Like any beach place, there is salt water wear and tear to be expected. Some minor maintenance that we noticed but didn’t effect our stay. Overall - AWESOME

AlbertThe property was just as described. Beautiful home and surroundings with Publix and other shops about a 3 min drive from the house. Near the main town and very accessible by car. Will be looking to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Stella L.This home was ideal for our family gathering! So many options for all! Ping pong, games, and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the hot tub was a nice diversion. But the best thing was the beach so close by!

JaimeCheck in was easy. Our family of 10 felt right at home and enjoyed walking to local shops, the pier and other tourists spots. The beach was a short walk away and we loved taking advantage of all the area and house provided.

RyanThe home was as described. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook with plenty of spices in cupboards. The one thing I would upgrade is the mattresses and comforter in the King and Queen rooms.Close to a grocery store and the beach. We couldn’t figure out how to use the tvs and contacted the host. They bought out a roku plug in which worked well. Also the host brought paper towel when we ran out. During the stay the hot tub stopped heating. There was a bit of delay in response but once I contacted the co-host via text I got an immediate response and they fixed it the next morning. Shortly after checking out we received a call from the Proper Group letting us know we left a Nintendo Switch. They sent it to our home in MN the next day. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Cecilia A.The location was great. 1 block away from the beach, 4 block from piblox and a 10 minute drive to St Augustine. The house was very comfortable and was very well equipped. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table, games, boogey boards and jacuzzi. We had some maintaining issues (jacuzzi not working properly), backyard door unhinged, but they were quickly solved by the rental agency.

ShannonThe location was amazing! It was super close to the beach and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Having Publix in walking distance was also a huge plus. We had three families with lots of young kids and there was enough space for all of us. The fire pit in the back was great to have on the chilly nights too. Would love to stay here again.

AdamThe house and location are great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic and is very close to the grocery store. We drove to dinner in Ponte Vedra one night and could easily get to downtown. There are three floors perfect for a family vacation with lots of room to cook and eat together while also room to spread out and retreat. It is a 5 minute walk to the path to the beach to a more private cove that is secluded from from the more populated beaches to the left and right. The shape of the beach made fun and safe tide pools at low tide which was great for our group with kids 5 and under. There are also few people that drive over to this side which we thought was nice. The beach being so close allowed our group to come and go as we wanted. Evening strolls after dinner were beautiful.

LeslieHonestly everything was very nice! The Vilano beach area is so cute and quaint. Our stay was great, the house was very comfortable for the 7 of us, it sleeps more, and would be comfortable if you had additional guests. The beds were great! My husband and I both have opposing comfort levels and we were very comfortable along with our other guests. They have games if you have kids and teenagers. Easy to make breakfast and dinners. Publix is so close, with a few little restaurants. A quick walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the entrances. Not sure if it was because of the 4th, but definitely get a car out on the beach at 8am with your stuff and throw a few chairs up because they limit the amount of cars that can drive on there. Once your ready to head out it’s an easy walk to both vilano beach and porpoise point from the house. Honestly we only left to see downtown, otherwise we would have stayed in Vilano it was so nice.

SharonOur stay was fabulous! House was very spacious for our family and very clean. The beach was a short little walk at the end of the street. The Proper Group management is very accommodating and communications prompt and easy. A quick drive into St. Augustine. Loved our visit!
