Perfect fit for our family. Kids loved the pool, Mom loved the beach, Dad loved the hammocks.

Overall, an average place. Poor response from property manager. Mentioned quite a few concerns on the first day, nothing was addressed other than having the internet restored. One of the sliding doors did not lock. Listing information did not match. No useable beach chairs or umbrella. Hot tub was dirty. Three large roaches throughout the week. Primary shower drain was clogged. Needs some TLC. Pool was outstanding and location was superb. A lot of places to stay, wouldn't stay here again.

Our stay was exceptional, with everything as advertised. The house was remarkably clean, and all the amenities were great. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, literally. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. We look forward to staying again.

Best rental we have ever booked! Wish I could have gave it more stars. Everything about this place is so great for families! The small beds by the larger ones were the best thing for our littles!! Just to name a few others…..it has LOTS of room and space for everyone inside and out, walk to beach is a few steps away, outdoor shower was wonderful after beach, pool/outdoor area was magnificent and restaurants/stores very close. Book it! You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back

Love the location. We stayed last year and everything was great that's why we came back this year. Positive: The bedrooms and location. Washer and dryer. The pool but a lot of sand in it when we arrived. Hot tub but a lot of sand in it when we arrived. Negative: The propane tank wasn't full and was on the list of things included.

An amazing group of girlfriends spent the weekend at the beach and had a kentucky derby party. The house was perfect, We had plenty of Is room to spread out And just enjoy our friendship. The beach is across the road and a wonderful pool in the backyard. We would definitely recommend staying at this facility. The only issue we had was about was the grill. Someone left it really dirty and it didnt work, But we just cooked our stakes inside and made the best of it. I did contact the host to let hime know about it. He offered to come over immediately to check it out , but we Told him we were good and just wanted him to have it.Check before someone else came in. There was no problem with checking in or out.

Amazing comfort, location and amenities!!!! Positive: The home was absolutely stunning!!! The location was perfect. The wrap around deck, the heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, putt-putt golf on the property, brand new bicycles!!! Too many things to name. I was overcast and a little rainy for one day. However, the pool, hot tub and the most comfortable beds... We just did our thing with plenty of room to hang or go and have time to peace out!!!! Negative: 2 tiny, tiny things.... Not a tone have kitchen towels. I just hated using so many paper towels. And there were some sheet sets missing for the fold out couches and Murphy bed. But, again we were only 4 in a place that slept 12. So we had more than enough places for everyone to sleep. Best vacation in a long time!!!! Cleaning fee was @500$ but when we arrived it didn't really seem like a $500 cleaning job had occurred.

The property worked well for our family, particularly during a relatively cool week at the beach. The hot tub was a great feature for getting a freezing group of kids warm again! The only caution is that there is no barrier between the exterior door and the backyard pool. If you have an escape artist, make sure you keep an eye out. All in all, a great experience!

We are a family of five including our pet goldendoodle, and were lucky to find this wonderful home just across the street from the beach. The pool and the hot tub are great as well, but what really stood out about the location was the beautiful beach that was just a short walk away. The home is spacious, roomy, comfortable, and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The home is also a short drive from some great attractions. The Marineland Dolphin Adventure is only 15 minutes away (recommend) and downtown St. Augustine is only 20 minutes away. We also found that St. Augustine was one of the most pet friendly places we've visited which made it very easy and enjoyable for us. We drove all the way from Connecticut, and would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Perfect location. The Historic Butler Beach area is amazing. Positive: The customer service when we locked ourselves out was wonderful - very helpful staff!! The house has everything you could possibly need, and it is right next to the public access boardwalk to the beach. Fabulous location! Negative: We only have one complaint, or more of a suggestion - move the toilet paper holders! We all walked away with bruises on the backs of our arms. LOL!!

This is a great location for a relaxing stay! Was here with a bachelorette party and we all enjoyed the facilities (hot tub, pool, back yard, house etc). There were plenty of beach and bath towels as well as pool floaties and toys and a grill, Tupperware and dishes and k cups. We loved our stay!

This house was everything and more for our annual framily vacation. It housed 3 couples and 5 kids (ages 7-2) perfectly. I will start by saying this is the most stocked house I have EVER rented. I know other reviews mention it but I kept thinking well it’s been a few months since then so maybe things changed. NO! It had everything and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of pool floats and beach toys. We kept mentioning how impressed we were. The location was close enough to beach access to make it not feel like a haul and a short drive into St Augustine. The pool was heated perfectly. They also stocked us with firewood and when we ran out they had it delivered by the next morning. Overall it was a wonderful experience and everyone was sad to leave!

We were a group of 11 and the house catered perfectly to all our needs. The house is great for a large group and so much fun stuff for kids! Super close to the beach, just a walk over the boardwalk. Short drive into St Augustine. Communication with hosts was excellent. Would recommend and stay again.

My family with ages ranging from 3-65 stayed here for a week over fall break. The house was comfortable and well stocked. We flew, so the provided beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys were great. We’re out of the packnplay stage, but there was one there if needed. The outdoor spaces and proximity to the beach were the best parts of the house. The heated pool and surrounding chairs were great. The beach was across the street. Check in wasn’t until 4p, but they let us in at 3p, which was helpful. We would stay here again.

Don’t pass on this house! This house exceeded our expectations. Perfect location & has everything you would need to feel right at home. We didn’t even leave to go do anything b/c there was so much to do & relax at the house! Everything was nice & clean, beds/couches/chairs were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, pool & hot tub were clean, easy walk to the beach and beautiful views. Can’t boast enough about this house. We are already planning our next staycation there!

Very impressed by this property. Lovely pool, hammocks and pirch swings. Putt putt and yard games, sand toys, boogie boards, bikes, toys for entertaining for hours and steps to the beach access. The beach was perfect for young kids with nice tide pools, a big long beach and waves that varied for kids of all ages. The property had every amenty and was very clean. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! There was a lot of space for our group to spread out and be comfortable. There were also so many extras in this home! We had lots to do, lots of places to sit and relax and hang out. We walked to the beach and rode the bikes to the beach everyday and also used the pool and hot tub everyday. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommended!

The house, decks and yard areas are great! The pool and back yard are super spacious and have all of the amenities you need...floaties, swings, hammocks, fire pit. The front yard putting green was fun for enjoying enjoying early morning sun. The guest rooms were all very nice and well appointed. The house has a beautiful living room, dining area and kitchen with new appliances and all of the cooking equipment you might need. We had a wonderful time hosting our family and friends over the course of 3 days and want to come back again to this very spot. Our hosts also made us feel very welcome and were ready to answer any questions.

We stayed for the month of February and had a wonderful time, the house is great, its a fun house with lots of space. I believe there are further improvements being added all the time. The heated large pool was perfect as was our time star gazing from the hot tub. By day you can see the ocean from the deck and by night we watched the rockets take off from Cape Canaveral. The kitchen and bathrooms had just been refurbished, plenty of towels, bikes and pool and beach toys and chairs were all supplied. The Proper Group were quick to respond with any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit to St Augustine.

This place needs some serious TLC before it should be rented out again. A quick glimpse into our stay - Water heater broke in the middle of the night and flooded the entire floor in one of the living spaces, causing it to smell like mold/mildew on the bottom floor and forcing some of our group to leave. Sheets in some rooms were dirty and in one room they had blood stains. AC didn’t work and blew out hot air. There were holes in the ceilings and walls like people were doing work on pipes but left them completely exposed. There was food from previous renters in the couch cushions and the baseboards were visibly dirty. The rental company did give us a partial refund for our stay although I believe even one of these issues would’ve merited a full refund. The very best thing about the place is the location - you can’t beat it! A beautiful beach across the street. With some work on this house, it could be an amazing place to stay, but I would not recommend it in the current condition.

More than we expected, great location, sad that the county allows people to drive on the beach. Weirdly right next to sea turtle environmentally protected from harm. The owners of the property are not at fault for this oxymoron. The beach is wide and very beautiful! I just think its weird to share it with gas polluting vehicles which are the cause of global warming and strong hurricaines.
