LynnettePositive: Views and how close to the beach were really nice. The primary bed was comfortable. Otherd were comfortable also. Plenty of room for large family. Nicely decorated. It was a great place to bring the family together. Negative: The 1st floor bedroom was hot with view of the driveway, the sliding door straight off the back (main level/ 2nd floor) had large gaps where hot air and who knows what can get in. This door almost fell when we tried to open it. It should not be opened.

SeemaThe house wasn’t ready for us, there was lack of communication with the cleaning people. The beds didn’t have linen on them, bathrooms didn’t have towels, floors weren’t swept. Once we called they quickly sent housekeeping over right away, they did clean up right away. The area is beautiful, the beach is really clean and peaceful. The home is ok, it does need some maintenance work the walls, ceilings, the steps to the beach. Overall we did have a nice time in the house.

Jess M.I’m so disappointed in this rental, I’m really not one to give negative reviews but wow.. our expectations were not met whatsoever. The house details are beautiful, the photos are what they are.. but that is it. It doesn’t appear that maintenance is a priority for the owner. The house was not cleaned upon our arrival, so much so that I called and requested for a cleaner to come.. which they did send out right away. However the person I spoke with directly was so unprofessional. He didn’t apologize or anything.

DeniseI had an amazing experience celebrating my 50th birthday at this lovely home! It truly felt like a home away from home, providing the perfect setting for a memorable weekend. The home’s breathtaking views are one to never be forgotten. The peaceful setting is one to make us go back!!There are just a few areas that could use some attention. The towels and sofa could be refreshed, and the boardwalk, which takes a beating from the weather, could use some maintenance. I’d recommend wearing sandals when walking on it to avoid splinters.Aside from that, we were very happy with our stay and left completely satisfied. The host was fantastic, always responsive and attentive.

Carol F.We stayed in June 2024 with my large family: 11 adults and 3 kids. The house is very well appointed and the location can't be beat. The beach is amazing and the layout of everything is perfect for a group like ours. The property management team was responsive and actually had to come out a few times. Although they were super responsive I would have preferred not to deal with this stuff while on vacation. A thorough walk through is due for the property as several light bulbs were out, the dryer vent was beyond needing to be cleaned, and there are several small repairs that should be made. The property was not cleaned adequately upon arrival. The trash was not removed when it said it would be. Although my family was not bothered by these things, I certainly was as the threat of fines was placed laminated in each room and the stay was on my credit card.

KaylaThe Crescent Beach Lookout had the spectacular views we wanted as we got ready for our wedding day in downtown St Augustine. The home was beautiful, although they could have made the home a bit more homey with decor and much needed large mirrors to help with that many people able to stay in the home, there was nowhere for my bridesmaids to be able to get ready using a mirror unless they took up a whole bathroom, and when others need to shower you must leave and find somewhere else to put on makeup or do your hair. Just a few more or at least one in every room would have made things a bit easier.Overall, the home was comfortable and it’s location surely saves the day every time!

Toni Elyzza â.What a house! The views are impeccable. The beds are comfortable. The living area was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans needed to cook every night. The grill was such a plus! The deck was excellent. The private boardwalk to Crescent beach was fabulous.Few pointers for future renters: there’s a limited amount of paper towels and toilet paper provided. Make sure you stock up if you will be staying more 3 nights or plan to cook. The fridge and freezer had a difficult time keeping temp. I would suggest checking with the host upon check-in if this has been replaced. They did send maintenance to fix, but the next night it had the same issue and lost a good amount of ice cream. We tried to limit opening it but with a house filled with 16 people it was a challenge. Lol. The house is easy to miss at night, just fyi.Regardless, our family had a great time. We would definitely rent the house again. It was well worth it! Hopefully they will replace the refrigerator.

RenayThis house suited our needs for a large family and right on the beach. The host Jordan was fantastic and responded to anything I messaged quickly. We did have issues with the a/c during the day because how hot it was outside and the direct sunlight coming through the large windows, but I would stay here again. Can’t wait to plan our trip for next year!

AmandaThis place was incredible and exactly what we needed. There were 16 of us, we fit comfortably, all had a place to sleep, and had a blast. You can’t beat walking just a few steps and being right on the beach.A few things to note: the air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived, but within a few hours they had someone out to fix it. The unit quit working a second time during our 3 night stay and it took the host longer to get someone out. For the price per night it was frustrating to deal with, especially since there were previous reviews regarding air conditioning issues. There was only one kitchen towel in the kitchen to use to dry dishes. For 16 people this was frustrating. All other amenities met our expectations. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.We appreciated our stay and would consider returning.

LakiaGreat location! Anything you might need is right down the street. The home was very spacious. Also, very well stocked. The only complaint anyone had was about the AC. The house rules don't allow for super low temperatures. But, if you like to be comfortable and not freezing, it's just fine.

MadelineHouse was better than expected with the openness and views. All the upper level rooms were lovely and updated with nice bathrooms but the basement/lower level room bathrooms were musty and outdated. The lower level room was nice but just connected to the laundry room and older separate bathroom area. Beach was perfect and very private and not crowded. Overall we had an amazing time with a group of 15 and everyone was accommodated. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella as there were only a few there to use.

EricaThe house was beautiful and right on the beach - can't beat the location. We read a few listings that said the house was hard to find, but we had no issues. We did struggle to get Ubers to the house, however there are plenty of very affordable (comparable to Uber/Lyft) car services and taxis to choose from. Highly recommend!
