LeifjeThe place is beautiful and a wonderful location. Gorgeous views and an easy walk to downtown. Home has lots of "extras" which is nice. My biggest complaint was communication. We lost the air conditioning twice (which with 8 menopausal ladies was not good) and it wasn't repairable until the next day which no one told us. It's pretty hot (79 degrees) in May in FL. These things so happen but no dialogue about how sorry they were or when it was going to be fixed was very frustrating. The place is lovely - you just may want to make sure they fixed the AC unit & improved their management team prior to booking.

JoshuaFantastic house on the water and walking distance to historic downtown. Positive: The location is hard to beat. It’s right on the water next to historic downtown. The rooms were spacious with gorgeous views and could sleep many kids and adults. The game room was a ton of fun and a major hit for the family. Clean throughout and many full bathrooms. Negative: Stiff mattress in master bedroom. Noisy washer and dryer.

PatriciaHome was wonderfully equipped, and in a stellar location. Sunrise on the front porch every morning was a must. Plenty of comfortable public spaces for gathering, as well as private bedrooms for relaxing. Easy walk to everything in the historic district. Perfect vacation home.

Kathy K.We stayed for a week with two families. Great location- quiet but close to all the activity downtown. Kitchen was amazing- we did not need for anything. We most enjoyed the dock and water sports and views. Loved the little island and beach we could paddle to. We will definitely be coming back again when it is warmer! Thank you!

Haley M.My mom, two sisters, and I chose this home for our annual "girls trip". We all loved the home!!!! It was very clean, and a great walking distance to the shops, and restaurants! We loved having the beautiful ocean view from the front patio for our coffee & wine. The property manager was excellent & went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Would book again in a heart beat. Thanks so much!!!!

JillianGorgeous home! We loved staying there with our kids. It was a 10-20 min to everything and a 5 minute walk to pizza, ice-cream, donuts, Ripley’s and a couple other places. Location was excellent. The view of the water from the front porch was breathtaking. The morning sunrise was the best. Just wish we could have used the beautiful dock. The interior of the house is gorgeous and so nicely furnished. There was an abundance of towels and a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and regular coffee maker. My kids loved sleeping in the bunk room. The only negative with the rooms is that there were no en-suite bathrooms, so just keep that in mind that the 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms upstairs.Make sure to bring some slippers or socks with traction as the beautiful hardwood floors are newly waxed and very slippery.Overall we loved the house! Would stay there again for sure!
