The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals and a dedicated game room featuring a 2 arcade games and a ping pong table for endless entertainment. Outside you will find a private pool and a beautiful patio. Guests also have access to 2 bicycles for exploring the island and an electric vehicle charger (EV charger - level 2, tesla only 220 volts), for added convenience. Every detail is designed to provide a seamless blend of relaxation and adventure.

As our guest, you have full and private access to the entire waterfront home. This includes all four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, the bright living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, you can enjoy the private pool, the spacious patio area, and the serene water views. For your convenience, we provide access to our garage, which includes an electric vehicle charger, as well as 2 complimentary bicycles to help you explore Marco Island at your leisure.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note our house rules and property details. Check-in time begins at 16:00 and check-out time is strictly 10:00. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. We kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood. Guests have access to free parking on the premises, including garage space. For those driving electric vehicles, please note that we provide a level two Tesla specific charger. We are happy to provide two bicycles for your use, though we recommend using them responsibly.
