Location was perfect! Short drive to Siesta Key and Turtle Beach! Pool was lovely and very well maintained. Especially loved the short drive to Bayfront Park downtown Sarasota! A great dog friendly park featuring two restaurants with a delightful trail. Overall, a perfect condo; very cozy with a nice balcony to enjoy reading when not at beach or pool. Owners are great !!! Thank you. Highly recommend.

Condo is very clean well furnished washer dryer in the unit Looks cation is close to stores 20 min drive to beach which was great enjoyed our stay Our Hosts Bill and Katherine made it a very smooth transaction and offered any assistance should we need but we had no issues at all

Allan J.Wonderful spacious condo, close to aménités & 10 minutes from Siesta Key!
Location is great … easy access from I75, close to all aménités with Siesta Key about 10 minutes by car! The spacious, quiet and cozy condo is very clean and tropically decorated! Kitchen is well stocked and also nécessitées for the beach! There is a view of the lagoon both from inside the condo and from the nice balcony! The heated pool is only a few steps away! Owner communicated well with us and dealt with any issues quickly! We would recommend this property!
