Tenant shall also pay a $500.00 refundable security/damage deposit.
First month rent, cleaning fee and security deposit is due at signing. ($3,950.00)

Remaining month are due on the 1st of each month.
**Cancellation Policy:
If canceled more than 60 days before check-in: all payments except cleaning fee will be refunded
