This is minimum 2 month rental property. Rate is $3100.00 per month plus $150.00 per month utilities and a $200.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Tenant shall also pay a $500.00 refundable security/damage deposit.
First month rent, 1st month utilities, cleaning fee and security deposit is due at signing. ($3,950.00)
Utilities are billed monthly and can be paid along with rent.
Remaining month are due on the 1st of each month.
**Cancellation Policy:
If canceled more than 30 days before check-in: all payments except cleaning fee will be refunded
If canceled within 30 days: first months rent in non-refundable unless rebooked
