The space
NOTE: You have the option to rent both sides of this up/down duplex as a single reservation but if you rent this lower unit we will not rent the upper half to another group and it will be vacant for the time you are here.

and comfortable with a tropical feel.

2nd Bedroom has a bathroom just outside the door
and this bedroom has 1 King size bed
3rd Bedroom is closest to the canal and pool and has a King size bed with a bathroom just 1 step from the door.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would want for a great stay.
Seating at the dining table for 6 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen island.
Relax and enjoy the breezes in the screened in porch overlooking the pool and wide deep-water canal. It has comfortable chairs and a table plus a TV.

We have a temperature controlled pool so it i heated in the cooler weather and Chilled in the hot temps.

KAYAK WAIVER - 3 KAYAKS included free of charge for you to use during your stay. Renters using kayaks agree to the following: 1) Recognize that there is certain inherent risk associated with using kayaks and assume full responsibility for personal injury to themselves or others and further dismiss the Homeowner and Property Manager for injury, loss or
damage arising out of the kayak's use. 2) Renter is responsible for any damages to kayaks and cost to replace, if stolen including kayak paddles.
