Welcome to Barefoot Retreat, where you will feel as though you are on your own private island! As you drive through the remote, lush tropical island road to access the estate, drive slow as you might be greeted by the quite friendly protected Key Deer, roaming free about the property.

As you approach the driveway you will get sneak peaks of just how much waterfront property is all yours! From the expansive white sandy front yard with a private beach, to the long dock providing plenty of space for your boat or jetskis, to the firepit and poolside areas, you will have all the room you need to stretch out, relax and enjoy!

Boaters, you will have quick and easy access to Niles Channel and both the Gulf and Atlantic, no long canal ride here! After a long day out on the water, dock your boat on the expansive dock or use the boat lift provided. Been fishin? There is both water and electric to the dock’s end, where you will find a large fish cleaning table and plenty of space for loading and unloading all your gear.

Enjoy cocktails on one of the many deck areas or right by your own private heated pool. The pool furniture is plentiful and top of the line quality. The ground level area of this home provides plenty of space for boat trailers and indoor storage for all of your gear. Additionally, the ground level area interior has several coolers, bait freezers and an icemaker all for your convenience. The recreation area on this level also offers additional room for sleeping with 4 twin bunks and a gym!

The first floor of this amazing home has an open concept living space with open water views from every angle. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with new appliances and original shell infused countertops. The floors are travertine throughout the entire home, and expansive decks open both floors to the beautiful sunset water views. The second floor has a master bedroom also with a private deck, beautifully furnished, facing the open water. All three bedrooms in this home are tastefully decorated and have access to a private bathroom.

To “top” it all off, a spiral staircase leads to a rooftop, spacious observation/tanning deck, what views! Your family and friends will want to return every year. This home is suitable for two or three families to share, with plenty of space for everyone, making your luxury vacation retreat super affordable!
