SarahPositive: This condo was so nice! It is right on the beach as well as close to restaurants and stores! The host was so nice, they checked we during our stay to see if we needed anything. They had everything ready when we arrived! Will definitely be booking again in the future!

KallynWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! It was in absolutely pristine condition, and quite possibly the most well decorated and put together condo I’ve ever seen. It fit our family of 6 with tons of space leftover. The added boardgames, use of the beach towels, and other beach accessories made it feel so special to us. Shayla was amazing to work with as a host. She was so kind, responsive, helpful, and worked with us in just a day of booking and arriving. We would recommend this condo to anyone!!

JulieStayed during our spring break. At the office, there is shuffleboard, tennis and other equipment to use on the complex's courts. Place was perfect for us, just as described. Bunk bed room could've easily held 3 additional teenagers-beds were great. The king room was spacious with its own door to the balcony. Beautiful, well equipped kitchen. Loved the proximity to the pool and beach. Ease of access was a huge plus. Washer and dryer in unit is a much appreciated feature. Simple, but extremely helpful touches were beach towels and a beach bag, which I had completely forgotten. Definitely would stay here again.

AdonnaNice condo with a great location. Host was extremely responsive. I am big on small touches when it comes to being on vacation and having convenience which is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Small things included the following: 1. Ocean view from unit (obstructed) and pool (non-existent) not quite what you envision from the photos. 2. Serval small issues, but nuisance especially given the price: Sleeps six but only 4 bath towels and wash cloths and 5 beach towels 3. One WiFi network not functional 4. One Cox remote not working 5. Master bath shower head broken and had not been reported by cleaning staff 6. Building exterior not the most well kept 7. Pool is small but it wasn't crowded

KellyMy friends planned a 50th birthday party for me by the ocean and this condo was perfect for us. It was fully stocked, beautifully decorated and a perfect size for us. The other thing we loved is it was not over crowded like some of the near by condos and the guests were super friendly with many of them returning year after year.

SabrinaShayla’s condo was perfect! We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach. It was easy to spend the day at the beach and walk back for lunch. Everything was very clean when we arrived and parking was easy. The beds were very comfortable too! We can’t wait to stay here again!

LuisEverything about this place and location are amazing! What stood out the most was Shayla’s hospitality. We drove to Destin for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately our car did not and overheated and unexpectedly stopped working, which is now in a repair shop in Destin. I reached out to Shayla to let her know of this situation and she said without hesitation do what you need to, keep the family safe and gave me extra time to resolve my concerns, which I was able to get some things in the works. We had a bed for the kids with some extra time and not put out due to some cost! Understand this kindness is not always seen. I appreciate her and allowing me to get what I needed to secure a trip back to NJ.I will alway come back to this location when visiting Destin because I know I am renting from someone who appreciates her home and family.We are now 12hrs away from getting home. Thank you Shayla!
