Englewood Condo 2BD/2BA AT Fiddler’s Green

Beautiful two bedroom two bath recently redecorated condominium in Fiddlers Green In Englewood Florida. Great location with one Italian restaurant right at the entrance within walking distance. Many restaurants nearby and is only a few miles from the bridge going over to BocaGrand. This condominium has two swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts, cornhole and several outdoor barbecue grills. Many golf courses are located right in our area and usually a group at the condominium has tournaments. Swimming exercise is scheduled in the pool on certain days. Sundays, there’s a happy hour at the clubhouse. Food trucks are scheduled once a month or so of different types to enjoy right at the complex. The unit itself has a 65 inch flat screen TV with a reclining couch offering adjustments for the head, low back and legs. The lanai has a dining area, rocking chairs and other seating. This is the second floor unit which has cathedral ceilings and skylights in the living area and cathedral ceilings in the master bedroom. The lanai is screened and very large having a nice view of the preserve. The entrance to the unit is right across the street from the swimming pool clubhouse and tennis courts so the Location is ideal. All utilities, including Wi-Fi are included.

We have a boat and a boat dock right across the street from Fiddlers,,. If you rent a boat, you can use the boat dock and I will take you out sometime during your stay to show you the intercoastal.

Area Information

This is a great location. Close to many restaurants and since Englewood is such a small town, everything is accessible.
