About the host

: I was born and brought up in Mumbai India,and got my Masters in Occupational Therapy. I took American boards and came to work as an Occupational Therapist in 1992 to Los Angeles,CA.Then I became a traveling therapist and traveled for two years ,then got married and settled down in Palm Harbor,FL.I had to move to NEW JERSEY and then NEW YORK for my job.I raised my 3 wonderful kids in Westchester county,NY and after 20 years came back to Florida.My passion is building up a Short Term rental business to help people find a place to live,and experience Florida,to get away from winter and enjoy the life and in SUNSHINE STATE.
I now live with my husband in Wesley Chapel,Florida.

When we were looking for properties in Florida ,we did not know where to of my friends suggested Palm Harbor.
This property is in a Beautiful,family friendly neighborhood,gated community with Resort style living.
I just got this property ready to list and my kids came from Chicago,New York and Atlanta to celebrate my birthday.
We wanted to experience staying at this property, we can give our guests what they would need.There is so much activity with Swimming,Tennis,Pickleball, Basketball Games,Billiards and Ping pong,Exercise gym,that the kids had a great time,Home away from home.
