Brand New Englewood Villa

Perfect home away from home to enjoy a fantastic and relaxing getaway!

My husband and I booked this Villa for a week. The interior was well-designed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything had a premium touch without feeling overdone. It made the stay feel very special. The overall setup felt intentional and polished. It’s the kind of place where you actually enjoy spending time inside. Tera-Lee has clearly put effort into the details here. Clean finishes, quality furniture, and a calm atmosphere throughout the stay.What stood out to me was how convenient everything felt once we arrived. The community offers pickleball courts and a stunning pool on site. Within 15 minutes of the Villa we enjoyed excellent restaurants overlooking the ocean, an ocean kayaking tour, a sunset cruise, a concert and a professional baseball game. Costco and Walmart are close by for the necessities.We had so much fun and cannot wait to visit again!

Amazing

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Englewood, Florida home! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout was perfect — spacious, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The home truly had everything we needed to relax and feel right at home. The community amenities were fantastic, especially the pool and pickleball courts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location could not have been better. Gorgeous beaches are just minutes away, including Englewood Beach and Manasota Key. We especially loved visiting Boca Grande — absolutely stunning with a wonderful beachfront restaurant that made for the perfect sunset dinner. The nearby White Elephant Pub and SandBar Tiki & Grille were also great local spots with excellent food, drinks, and atmosphere. One of our favorite local activities was visiting the Dearborn Street Market on Thursday mornings in Englewood — such a fun atmosphere with great local vendors and fresh finds. We also loved the markets at Coquina Beach, which run three days a week and are definitely worth checking out. If you have time for a day trip, Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful and well worth the drive with its charming beach town feel, stunning water, and laid-back vibe. This property is the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and Florida charm. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Beautifully decorated new 3 bedroom home in Englewood

Absolutely loved my stay. Beautifully decorated new home with equip with everything you need to feel right at home. Excellent pool and amenities centre. Close to beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants in quiet residential area. Tera Lee is a very accommodating host. I highly recommend.
