I've been coming to Marco Island for over 20 years and have stayed in many condos and houses. The South Beach area has become a "must stay there" part of the island. Eileen and Tom's home away from home is lovely. Close to the beach, which is a huge priority for me. Spacious. Beautiful, relaxing view of the canal. Everything you need kitchen/necessity wise is provided. Eileen is such a pleasure to work with and is always willing to help and answer questions. The full time residents are very friendly. I would absolutely return to this property and would also recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

We rented Tom and Eileen‘s condo last year during the month of June. While we go to Marco at least once a year and vacation often, we have never booked a second vacation the minute we got back. That is basically what we did with this rental, because we were so impressed! The communication with the owners is top-notch and they are super easy to work with. We LOVE the location, amenities and other residents at Florentine Gardens and the condo itself is perfect - well equipped and comfortable!!! We will most likely be booking again for next year SOON! I can’t say enough good things about Eileen and the condo at FG!

This condo is amazing. Once we walked in, it felt like home. Anything you would want for your vacation, it had. Beautiful view, upgraded bathrooms and kitchen, exceptionally clean, fully stocked and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Eileen was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to assure that we had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to our return, which can't come soon enough!

Wonderful location close to the beach to see the sunset and close to see the sunrise at Caxambas Park. The condo is very welcoming when you first walk in you know right away this will be your home away from home. South Collier Blvd location is close to everything one could wan-Several top notch restaurants,walking distance to beach entrances, stores,movie theater,mini golf. And the condo complex has a pool and tennis court. Sunrise and sunset views make this unit special.
