Great house for a family getaway

The house was perfect for what we needed. It allowed us to have a larger house so we could visit with local family and the kids loved the pool! It was so easy to get to and very close to the water, which we loved as we went for morning walks before the chaos of family!

Fabulous Family Stay

My family & I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is huge!! Two large living rooms with huge TVs and very comfortable seating. Three of the bedrooms were also very large. The bunk bedroom was smaller but still plenty roomy and comfortable. Everyone thought the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The pool is very large too and we enjoyed a lot of time swimming and hanging out on the pool deck. The location is great and the neighborhood was quiet. Almost forgot about the back screened in porch. It ran the length of the house and had a number of comfy rockers and other seating areas. It was a big hit. If you have any serious mobility issues, may not be the best choice for you as there are stairs up to the house and inside ones down to the pool. But otherwise I would highly recommend and we would stay again.

Great Family Vacation Home

The folks at Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes are first class. Once again this year the house surpassed all expectations. Quiet ideal dead end street. House was large and open and clean and comfortable. Beds were all top notch and comfy. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic. The Pool was a huge asset for adults and kids alike. Five minute ride to three world class beaches making for perfect days of mid days at the ocean, later afternoons at the pool, and grill and dinner on the deck! There is nothing you won't like about this place.

Another Great Stay!

This was our third stay at this Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes property in Palm Harbor. Once again, it completely met all of the expectations that we had that were based on the quality of our previous two stays, On arrival, everything was very clean and stocked as advertised and ready for our stay. We did note that one of the ceiling fans' light fixture had failed. A quick call to Alan and the light was repaired the next day. This is typical of all the experiences we have had while renting this house. This home is not a beach property but is located on a quiet street with a cul-de-sac west of US-19A. It is convenient to Tarpon Springs as well as Palm Harbor, Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. We noted that some new furniture had been added which improved overall comfort.So, once more Clearwater Beach Vacation Rentals have hit it out of the park! While we were in residence, we made reservations to stay at this home in 2026.

The house was perfect for our large family of 11! The beds were comfortable and the pool was used a great deal! Plenty of room to spread out throughout the house! Convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping!

Great Stay

The home was clean and spacious! Kitchen had everything you could need and loved that it sported a crockpot and air fryer! Pool was great. Nice neighbors and quite neighborhood. The area provides tons of fun restaurants for seafood and the Pinellas Bike Trail provides miles of biking with e-bike rentals close by. The Sponge Docks provide shopping, dolphin and fishing tours! If you love hiking there are many beautiful state parks some that have small beaches to get away from the crowds at Clearwater. So there is plenty to do in this area. Alan was able to answer our questions immediately and he was very helpful. Will definitely come back again. Thank you!!

Beautiful large home

Very nice home, with a king size bed in 3 bedrooms and bunk beds with queen and full size in the other. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath. Each room has its own Roku TV. Place was clean and beds are comfy. AC was more then adequate for the Florida heat in July. There is off street parking for three cars. The garage is also spacious, if the weather is bad and you want to put the car inside, which we did to load up the car as we were leaving. Good closet space with hangers provided. There are enough of the basic necessities to get you started, but if you are staying for a week or so you may have to buy more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. We were low on some things and the owner had someone drop stuff off, which was appreciated. In some rooms, certain outlets only work with a wall switch being turned on. If you think and outlet is not working, try the light switches. This is true of the outlet near the front door and at least one in the master bedroom. The kitchen has all of the basic things you would need to cook and have a meal. There is a dishwasher. There were plenty of bath towels, we stayed 6 days and never ran out. There is a drip coffee maker and a tea kettle. The kitchen had salt and pepper, bring your own sugar or sweetener. There's a nice balcony on the upper level, with very nice and comfortable chairs. There are outdoor fans also. The pool shed has pool floats. The garage/basement area didn't factor in to our stay. It was not climate controlled, that we were aware of. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The house is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. There is a Publix close by. The backyard area, aside from the pool, is just a basic yard but there is a fire pit. The pool furniture is nice and comfortable. There is a picnic table by the pool. You have to go up stairs and back inside the house if you need to use the bathroom while swimming. There is an outdoor shower, but we did not dry it. Overall, the house is very nice, clean, and spacious. The owner is very responsive and is eager to help you in any way. I would definitely recommend staying at this house, and I may stay here again on a future visit.

The home was great. Everything was ready for us and in a great location. We were extremely happy and enjoyed our stay. This was a great experience and would recommend them to everyone. We hated to leave when our time was up!

Spacious and Comfortable Home in Palm Harbor

This a spacious and nicely furnished home on a cul de sac in the northern part of Palm Harbor. While neighbors are close by (it is Tampa Bay....) it isaa quiet neighborhood and presents a relaxed location for any length of stay. A bi-level home with the living area on the upper floor that is fully equipped for anywhere from 2 to 12 people. 4 bedrooms with 2.5 bath rooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king beds, another with a queen bed. The last bedroom has a pull bed with a bunk bed. The huge master bedroom that opens out onto a screened in deck that overlooks the lanai enclosed pool and the remainder of the back yard.We were very impressed with the furnishings and the attention to detail within the house itself. The quality of all of the appliances and the cooking utensils made for an extremely comfortable stay. This is especially appreciated when one is staying for longer than one week! We could not come up with anything in terms of comfort and convenience that you could add to make a stay in this home more enjoyable. The furniture and bedding were extraordinarily comfortable. We certainly felt at home during our entire stay.For us, the gem of the house was the full length screened deck with a southerly exposure off of the back of the house that is accessed from either the master bedroom or the family room/kitchen. In addition to the large family room/kitchen area, there is another large living space at the front of the house. Each of these areas are equipped with 75" 4K HDTV units.The host, Alan is extremally professional and is very responsive to any needs or problems that may arise during a stay at this property.

Absolutely Fantstic

1st Let me start by saying Alan was awesome. Answered texts and calls almost immediately. Very polite and professional The house was fantastic. Palm Harbor area. We even extended for an additional day with ease. beautiful and quiet neighborhood all million plus dollar homes. So If you're looking for a "party" house, keep scrolling. Everything was clean. Extra towels and linen. Beds were all brand new. We had no issues at all. Pool was clean and maintained. 15 minute drive to Honeymoon Island or Greek Town. We will definitely stay here again or at least contact Alan to rent

excellent Ocean Oasis home

This is an excellent home located near the beach, very comfortable for large parties of 10 and is pet friendly. Pool and patio are very comfortable, each bedroom is clean and very spacious. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, spacious and clean.

Wonderful!

Host was amazing! Responded promptly, answered questions right away and was very welcoming. Home was well equipped with all essentials, very comfortable, pool was off lower level, home is a raised ranch. I loved that the pool was on the lower level because we did not have to worry about any kids wondering around the pool. The area was amazing close to beaches, piers,shopping and food! I would definitely recommend this home.
