Welcome to Lantana Retreat!!!!!!!! A large home located in the private upscale gated community of Destiny East. Destiny East is one of Destin’s most sought-after gated communities, offering resort-style amenities just steps from your door. Guests enjoy access to multiple pools, a relaxing hot tub, clubhouse with fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, a playground, and even a private movie theater. The community is golf-cart friendly and beautifully landscaped, with winding paths that make it easy to reach the beach, nearby dining, and shopping.

Included Complementary Golf Carts: 2 six-passenger carts included. This is unheard of but yes.. the owners provide 2.

Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay.

Max occupancy: 14 guests.

No parties/events without prior permission.

Quiet hours: 10pm–8am

No smoking/vaping anywhere on property (fee $1,000 + costs).

Parking limited to driveway (max 5 cars); no street/grass parking; no RVs, trailers, or boats.

HOA rules must be followed. No parking on the grass, no blocking sidewalk from 10AM to 5 PM and no street parking midnight to 5 AM. Any fines incured will be the guest responsibility.
