About the Suite & Living Arrangement:

This private suite is attached to a home occupied by two long-term Sanibel residents. One is retired and home part-time, and the other works five days a week on the island. We are quiet, respectful, and maintain a peaceful environment, and we kindly ask that our tenant values the same.

The suite has its own private entrance and includes a comfortable queen bedroom, a den with kitchenette, and a full private bathroom. While the space is connected to the main home, it is fully separated for privacy. We’re friendly, considerate, and available if you have questions, but we also respect your space and independence.

This closed-off rental space setup with stunning lake views is ideal for 1-2 people looking for a calm, quiet, clean, and well-maintained place to stay in a beautiful Sanibel neighborhood.
