Pets are welcome. There is a non refundable pet fee of $125. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.

Guests voluntarily assume full responsibility for injury or death
Pets are not allowed in the pool or bath tub.
Pet should not be left unattended unless in a crate.
Please pick up after your pet and place in garbage can and tie securely in trash bags.
Guest agrees to pay for all additional pet related cleaning or damages in addition to the pet fee.

No parties/ No events/ large gatherings
No loud noise. The property is located in a high end, quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors and the property.
Quiet times are 10 pm - 9 am.

Vehicles must be parked in the drive way. No on-street parking allowed per the City of Pompano Beach. No parking in neighbors driveways or swells or on the lawn.
