Exceptional property

This property located in Rotonda Lakes was one of best properties we have had to the occasion to rent after several visits to the area....A very well laid out floor plan, very well furnished and equipped. The pool was excellent, heated as promised and a much larger pool than most, Jerry, the owner/manager was very friendly, available on short notice and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this rental and reasonably priced. Thanks Jerry..

We rented a beautiful house. We pretty much stayed home all the time. Jerry and his wife were very helpful.

Wonderful time and rental site.

My wife and I have rented from the same person for years in Englewood. This summer she had a major pool issue, so we looked at new places on VRBO and AirBnB. The fees were excessive on those sites and my wife found Florida Rentals and I am so glad she did. We rented Jerry's and Elizabeth's house and it was wonderful. The house was very clean and the pool area was lovely. They live very close by and any issue we had was seen to immediately. Construction had started on the adjoining lot mid way through our vacation, it was very loud at times but the interior of the house was very comfortable and muffled the sound somewhat. Unfortunately, red tide came in during the last 3 wks of our vacation so we spent a lot of time in Jerry's comfortable rental enjoying the pool at night. Food stores. Restaurants, Beach, all a 15 /20 minute drive from house.

Christmas in Paradise

Our family stayed at this home to enjoy our Christmas and New Year during COVID. This home was everything I hoped for and more. Bright, sunny, clean, soo well appointed with anything & everything you would need. Plush towels galore, comfy bedding, beautiful pool (heated) and lanai were all so enjoyed. We also loved to be able to drop a line in the canal to fish, utilize the bikes provided and enjoyed opening the 3 pocket slider doors which made the home feel open to the outdoors from the moment the warm glow of the sun shone in our master bedroom. Lisa was an absolute delight to communicate with. Our purpose of coming here was to be able to enjoy spending time with our extended family who, due to COVID, wouldn’t be traveling and their homes are too small to accommodate us, so we were able to safely celebrate the holidays in the open air of this home together. The nearby beaches have the most amazing seashell treasures which was such a delight to collect. Our family will treasure the memories we made in this home! Can’t wait to rent again. Best winter ever

102 Australian Dr. Rotonda West, owned by Jerry and Ela Piotrowski is a beautiful home with all the amenities in a very quiet neighborhood near Englewood Florida. Our scheduled stay was Jan. Through March 2020. We were slightly surprising and frankly confused when we attempted to reserve the house for the period next year only to find out in early February that we were too late that someone else had made a deposit for next year. Jerry was in fact very helpful in helping us find another place in Rotonda next year. This 3 Br. 2 b home with pool is perfect for a family. It was extremely clean and very well kept. The neighborhood is very quiet with several homes being built close by. The Piotrrowski’s accommodated all our needs and requests accepting next years deposit quickly and without reservation. Florida vacation rental # 2627 is property titled Paradise in Florida.

Fantastic

From the moment you walk through the doors you get a sense of calmness and peacefulness come over you. This house is so tastefully decorated with everything you can possibly need provided right down to very comfortable beds. Pictures provided are true to life!.The privacy you experience here is out of this world - and pool area is absolutely amazing - we even saw occasional turtles and bunny rabbits. If you are looking for a little piece of heaven then look no further as this home has it all. Owner Jerry was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended after 30 years of renting in various Florida areas this has to be the best. Thanks Jerry for letting us experience your wonderful home. Ben & Deb Canada

It exceeded our expectations...!

The house and all the included furnishings and view (don't EVER forget the view) from the lanai really and truly exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed every minute we were there, even when it was raining and cool. Could not wait to sign up for next year.We never once said "If only this house had..." Beautiful and well maintained

Close to Boca Grand and Manasota Key beaches. Well equiped and beautifully maintained. The heated pool is a must in January . Close to 1st class dinning . This is the second year in this villa and will rent again. Very very clean .
