Usually I vacation in the Outer Banks but decided to give Florida a try this past year as a change. Booked this condo and was really impressed by how new everything is in this community. The condo is brand new, very clean and I had zero issues with the rental process and also really loved having a garage. Also worth noting that everything is included in the rental like dishes and silverware, bedding, towels, etc., so I did not need to worry about brining that with me. I also appreciate that this is a dog-friendly community and there are a lot of areas where you can safely walk.Overall, this was a really great trip and a really nice condo in a beautiful new community. Look forward to returning again!

If I could give 5,000 stars, I would. The condo is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and more comfortable than my own home. The location is just perefct! Close to the harbor for a fun day in the sun. We enjoyed afternoons strolling through the historic district enjoying the arts as well as the local dining, boating, sightseeing, and relaxing by the pool. After a long day of fun, swimming, golfing, and sightseeing, we enjoyed returning to a pristine condo to relax, take in the beautiful views, and get ready for the next day's adventures. Our hosts are the sweetest couple you have ever met and made us feel at home immediately. We already have our next stay booked and cannot wait to return!

Wow — where do we even start? This condo completely blew us away. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a brand-new luxury retreat. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully set up. The open layout made it feel bright and spacious, and the smart-home touches made life super easy.The kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out — we spent so many nights gathered around the big island. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable (we slept like babies!), and the third bedroom that doubles as an office was a great bonus when we needed a quiet spot.Our favorite part? The lanais. The back one overlooks the lake and is so peaceful for morning coffee, and the front one gives you those picture-perfect Florida sunsets — just incredible.The community itself is five-star resort level. The golf course is amazing, and we loved spending time at the pool, fitness center, and tiki bar. Everyone we met was friendly, and the place felt safe, quiet, and beautifully maintained.The location is super convenient — close to Punta Gorda, Fisherman’s Village, beaches, and restaurants. We explored a lot but always looked forward to coming “home” to this place.We honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s modern, relaxing, and just has that special feeling that makes a trip unforgettable. We’ll definitely be coming back — this was hands-down the best stay we’ve ever had!
