Reservations require a 30% (of rental rate) deposit due upon booking to hold the reservation, which will be applied to rental fees. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $500 security deposit is required, but is refunded pending inspection upon departure. Renter agrees to cover any damage above the security deposit amount. Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days prior to arrival, however, the 30% deposit is only refunded if we are able to book a replacement reservation.
