The Cottage by the Sea sits directly on the sand with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the home with no shared interior spaces.
Parking for the cottage is easily accessible and located between the Cottage and our Rosie's Retreat.
We can accommodate 2 vehicles.

This home is smoke/vape free.
We do not allow pets.
We have a maximum occupancy of up to 4 guests, including children, at all times. Parties, gatherings and reunions of additional guests are strictly prohibited.
We have exterior front and back security cameras.
