The designated, covered carport parking is near the front door. The condo is conveniently located near lots of shopping/dining options, Florida Gulf Coast University, Southwest Regional International Airport, and the beautiful beaches of the Gulf. You would have full access to the condo, the separate storage unit, community heated pool & spa, fitness center, and a clubhouse with a billiard room. We will be present in Osprey Cove during the winter season. While it's not a 55+ community, Osprey Cove is a great place for seasonal living.
