Our 12th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is unique to all of Bay Harbor Club. Our living and dining room areas were expanded when the buildings were constructed, offering more interior living space.

There is always a breeze on our beautiful, screened lanai where you can enjoy the sunrise AND the sunset! It’s a quiet and serene spot to have morning coffee while watching the birds fly over and the dolphins play in the back bay. Sunsets are spectacular. With our new “no seeum” screens, the space is pest free after the sun sets for the evening, making sitting outside until after dark as enjoyable as any other time of day.

The views go for miles. On a clear day, you can see down to the Naples Ritz Carlton hotel and over to the Hyatt hotel in Estero. Enjoy the boaters, paddle boarders and kayakers explore their way down the channel. From the 12th floor, watching the osprey, spoonbills and other sea birds is a treat too!
Our condo features one king bed and one double bed. Everything you will need to enjoy cooking, entertaining or just relaxing has been furnished.

The community features a lovely swimming pool, two spas, pickle ball and tennis courts, as well as shuffle board. In addition, there is a modern community room. Walking or visiting the beach is through a dedicated beach access directly across the street. Beach chairs are provided for your use.
