This charming Siesta Key Vacation Condo is tastefully furnished, super clean, and ready for your visit.
Condo is on the second floor, or top floor, with 1 flight of stairs to climb.
Sorry No Elevator. This condo is very quiet and has lovely views from the screened Lanai.
In addition to a King Bed, the bedroom has a large closet, a large dresser, end tables with lamps, ceiling fan, window with courtyard views, and a Flat screen cable/internet TV. There is another flat screen TV in the Living room.
The bathroom, in the hallway, has a combined tub/shower, with plenty of fresh towels, guest soaps, and a hair dryer.
The dining table outside the kitchen seats four. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, pots, plans, wine glasses, coffee mugs and more, to make you feel right at home.
A Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System for clean and purified drinking water has been added to the kitchen sink. It has its own pouring spout to the right of the faucet. NO NEED to buy or bring in any bottled water. Our filters are changed every six months.
The screened Lanai off the living room has a pretty view of the courtyard, and a side water view of our marina/canal. There is a desk, with a lamp, in the dining area. We keep 2-3 beach chairs and beach towels on hand for guests too.
This condo community has a heated pool and clubhouse, and gas grills for your use. You get an assigned Covered parking spot for 1 car with your stay, with plenty of uncovered spots if you need additional spots.
Best of all is that you can walk across the street to Siesta Key Main Beach, #1 in America. On the way to the Beach, there are 6 brand new lighted PICKLEBALL COURTS AND 2 TENNIS COURTS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC USE.
And the walk into Siesta Key Village is less than 8/10 of a mile, or bike or take the Free Trolley. Many Guests come without a car and do just fine without one. There is a free Siesta Key Trolley to take you to the Village and back, and to the many restaurants, shops, bars, food markets. The Village is less than one mile from condo, with sidewalk streets for walking. This trolley also goes to downtown Sarasota.
White Sands Condo Association requires a minimum 2 week stay. We love monthly stays or longer (Calendar months) but can certainly consider a shorter stay of 2 weeks, please inquire for rates.
Our Condo is Pet Friendly - one dog under 25 pounds is permitted with Owner permission.

Best things is that you walk right over to Siesta Key Main Beach! Takes me 9 minutes from the Condo front door till my feet are in the beautiful, cool, white sand of Siesta Key Beach. And then when back at the Condo relaxing, its nice and clean and quiet. And lovely views from the screened Lanai of the landscaped courtyard, with peek-a-boo views of our boat marina and canal. I've been in the Vacation Rental Business for almost 20 years and am continually updating my properties to make sure sheets, towels, bedding, furniture, kitchen stuff is all in tip top shape. I pay more for professional cleaning than most Owners but believe cleanliness in a vacation home is a top priority. I'm also very service oriented and available if there is anything you need during your stay.

Perfect location, situated right in the middle of the village and the south bridge. Restaurants and entertainment either way. It's a 2 min walk to the beach. The condo had everything I needed to make my month stay perfect. In fact I booked again in April. It was great not needing a car because there are so many options of transport. Owner Sue Bradley was a pleasure to work with through the entire rental process. We enjoyed the month of January in this well equipped, well maintained, clean and comfortable condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, televisions/internet/cable all good and we appreciated the beach chairs provided. The White Sands Village grounds and pool are meticulously maintained, including the two gas grills for community use close to the unit. Best of all, the location and proximity to gorgeous Siesta Beach and Siesta Key Village provided easy access to the beach and restaurants/shops. The area is very walkable with sidewalks and crosswalks. We thoroughly enjoyed sweet Siesta Key!

The condo is lovely! It has a screened in lanai with pleasant views of the courtyard in front with a side view of the harbor to the left. It has a great location as it is in close proximity to the beach (ten minute walk) and about a mile from Siesta Key village. There were fresh linens and new bedspreads and it was clean and quiet. Whenever we had a question or a concern, Sue quickly got back to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We rented this condo for 3 months Sue is an incredibly nice person and easy to work with condo was very clean everything was in good working order and well stocked and had everything you needed for the beach witch was just a short walk away we enjoyed sitting by the canal just outside the condo watching the fish jumping and the manatee the property is well maintained and friendly people all around we are enjoyed are stay very much and would definitely recommend

Great little one bedroom condo that was perfect for my Westie and me. Helping to make it great was renting from Sue Bradley--she is so knowledgeable and professional! You can tell she has many years in the business and knows how to care for her clients. Anything we needed Sue was right there to satisfy. The condo is lovingly decorated and updated. It comes with finer linens and towels and there was plenty of everything. It's in a quiet location and is just a short walk to the beach. She has chairs, umbrella, cooler etc--everything you need for a fun stay. We will definitely be back :)

This is the perfect condo close to the beach and cozy for a couple looking to get away from it all or for a small family spending time together. The kitchen is well stocked and there's covered parking. The balcony is perfect for sitting out enjoying the weather. Sue is the best owner, she will bend over backward to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend staying at Sue's condo. It is very clean and sanitized and conveniently situated in Siesta Key. I would rent from Sue again.

Spotless and pretty one bedroom condominium overlooks the cool shady grounds. Peaceful and quiet setting yet very convenient to the famous Siesta Key beaches across the street, The Village and bridges off island. Office on premises; private pool and large BBQ area Ample parking . Watched the little boats in the private canal. Had a great time just chilling out with very comfortable furniture; well equipped small kitchen: screened in porch with arm chairs, beach chairs even a boogie board. Largo screen TV A/C. Washer and dryer directly below apartment. Sweet place!

Apartment is clean, spacious & comfortable. Building has pool, bbq and you can fish from the back. Great location. You can take the free trolley to town right outside the entrance of the building. Beach is a block away. Love staying here.

This condo was spotless and had lots of character. It is obvious the owner has paid attention to the details. We started out the day with a walk to the beach, swim and then a longer walk to town for coffee and a bite. Love Cafe Lelu(sp?) and the Local Bean (I think it is called) The end of day sunsets are amazing. The restaurants are good. We only left Siesta to go to the movies one night. Such a cute little beach town. Great price! I am coming back this May. Can't wait!
