Nancy G.Lovely 3 bedroom condo
This delightful 3 bedroom condo is just a short walk to both a satellite pool and a gorgeous resort style pool , complete with hot tub and a cascading waterfall. You can enjoy drinks and lunch at the poolside cafe. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and each room has everything you need. It's on the 2nd floor with an easy walk -up or elevator ride. The lanai (balcony) has stunning views of nightly sunsets. This place is very quiet and relaxing. It's about a 25-30 minute drive to beautiful Barefoot Beach Preserve. Mike, the owner, is very gracious, kind and easy to to work with. We will definitely be back next year.

Absolutely beautiful gated community. Condo has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.. Along with a great golf course/water view. Short walk to pool and clubhouse restaurant. Golf course looks pristine (didn’t golf) 15/20 ride to multiple beautiful beaches. Owner was super easy to deal with and answered all questions /concerns prior too and during my stay. I will be returning to this rental in the future.

I stayed at 328 Bonita leading up to Christmas with my partner and it was absolutely amazing. From the consistent help from the owner's (if needed), to the grounds themselves, we couldn't ask for a better calm before the storm in that of Christmas. About a five minute walk to the main pool which is adjacent to the gym, spa, and clubhouse. The gym was very clean, never overcrowded, and was perfect for getting a quick workout in before a day at the pool, or, heading to the beach (20 minute drive). The unit itself was equipped with everything someone would expect to see. I.e., toaster, coffee machine, hair dryer, etc. It was spacious and provided a great outdoor screened balcony to relax, drink your morning coffee, and take in the sunlight first thing in the morning. The whole stay felt like a resort, which is something you don't always get when renting. I look forward to booking this unit again as it truly was a perfect stay. Thank you to the hosts for making this a great vacation!
