Welcome to Sunnyside Up, a lovely home located on North Cape San Blas in the quaint, gated beachside Seagrass neighborhood. The home boasts many amenities to include a private heated pool, soothing hot tub, fire pit, an elevator that services all floors, outdoor hot/cold shower, gas grill and lots of complimentary beach gear. Sunnyside Up is dog friendly with a fenced yard. The beaches are also dog friendly (on leash). Extremely easy, close beach access. The neighborhood boardwalk is just steps from the home and less than a minute stroll to the sugar, white sand. The boardwalk is flat with no stairs to navigate, making it ideal to roll your beach wagons and for guests who may have mobility issues.
This bright, welcoming beach house, features three, oversized porches with vast, spectacular Gulf views and a bayside deck for beautiful bay views. Guests will enjoy Gulf views from every room. Ease into the day on the bayside deck and watch incredible sunrises.
Sunnyside Up is situated on a very spacious corner lot which offers privacy and elbow room from other homes. Two large driveways on each side of the home, plus a carport provides plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and space for games with family and friends. Comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests.
Owners will consider accommodating more than 2 dogs with no size/weight restrictions upon request.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for additional fees (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Upon request, Sunnyside Up will consider accommodating more than 2 dogs with no size/weight restrictions. No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

The Seagrass neighborhood is a very family friendly atmosphere. The gated neighborhood is ideal for kids to ride their bicycles. The paved Loggerhead Trail runs parallel to Seagrass neighborhood all the way to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Convenient biking and walking distance to The Cape Trading Post, an ice cream shop and Weber's Donuts. Families love the spacious grounds to play games. When taking a break from beach fun, kids love Sunnyside Up's pool. The beach is only steps away. Families enjoy soaking up the sun, building sand castles, dolphin watching, shells hunting, skimboarding, boogie boarding, kite flying, beach games etc.

Cape San Blas, Florida is a 17 mile peninsula extending westward from the Florida' Panhandle's Emerald Coast and home to St. Joseph State Park. Designated as Florida's Forgotten Coast because it's the last remaining stretch of unspoiled, sandy white, emerald coastline without the over-commercialization and high rises. Excellent fishing, great shelling, horseback riding, a nature lover’s paradise. Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking!
