AprilOur stay was absolutely wonderful! The home is beautiful, peaceful and spacious with modern updates that made it feel so comfortable. We loved how close it was to great restaurants and shops – an easy drive or even a quick bike ride away. The atmosphere was perfect for our fun family getaway – plenty of space for everyone to be together and also enjoy some quiet alone time when needed. We felt completely safe and our house was kind and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend his home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat!

SabrinaWe were blown away by this home! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into every detail. The decor was absolutely beautiful stylish, cozy, and welcoming. But what really stood out was how incredibly well equipped the house was. They truly thought of everything: from makeup towels and shaving kits to fully stocked kitchens (two kitchens)with spices, pots, pans, and everything you could possibly need to cook for a group.The layout of the house was perfect for multiple guests. It felt spacious and private, not cramped at all. We especially appreciated how thoughtfully designed everything was, making it easy for everyone to have their own space while still feeling connected. And for beach lovers? They’ve got you covered gear, towels, the works! To top it off, the host was fantastic with communication. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Place is is a Gem!

MichaelI planned a family beach reunion and this place slept 12 very comfortably. The kitchens were very well stocked with cooking utensils which was a huge plus. Less than 400 steps to a private beach which was awesome. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Well worth the money!!

Relaxing by the pool after a day at the beach was wonderful, and the kids enjoyed the game room. Naveen was very responsive to any questions I had, and his home was very clean and spacious! AmyThis was my first airb&b experience and I was extremely nervous and scared to say the least. I had 13 people to be accountable for and this home is absolutely beautiful! The kids LOVED the game room! I enjoyed the little things like, having seasoning available for cooking meals and aluminum foil/baggies when I totally didn't think about that. Also the beach sand is dark and alot of crushed shells...washing off outside when u get back from just a walk to the beach is a must!!! I understand how hard it would be to keep the pool and jacuzzi clean. Plenty of towels and things to use for all of us on beach day. My favorite was the metal shell strainer ♡ The master bedroom bed, is one of them most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! The check out was very simple. Be respectful, clean up after yourself, and strip the bed sheets. Thank you for making my families first time ever doing an airb&b enjoyable, beautiful and most importantly feeling like home♡

Shawn BrianThe place was very clean and free of clutter. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were well equipped with everything you might need such as all the pots and pans, seasoning, coffee, ziplock bags, razors, toothpaste, detergent and more! Naveen goes way overboard to make you feel good about your vacation purchase. The pool was perfect size to wade in and have adult drinks with our friends. We hopped in and out of the jacuzzi which was nice! Medium-short walk to the beach which wasn’t the most clear path but we had nearly the whole beach to ourselves! Even saw a massive turtle coming on to the beach one night which was very cool. I collected over 100 shark teeth in just a few short days. We were gifted great weather and had an awesome experience…5star property and host! Thx and Naveen.

EduardoWe had an amazing stay at this beautiful Naveen’s beach house! The home is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 12, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kids especially loved the game room, which kept them entertained for hours. The host was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It’s a perfect spot for a family getaway — peaceful, well-equipped, and so close to the beach. We would definitely come back!

MeganThe location was great—just a short walk to the beach, and the house itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a nice stay. That said, the checkout expectations were a bit much. We followed all the rules, but were surprised to see an extra charge for sand—despite being very careful and only bringing in a minimal amount (which is hard to avoid when you’re literally staying at the beach). If you’re booking here, just be aware that the checkout list is long and you may be charged for things that seem pretty unavoidable given the location.

TiffanyNaveen's home is an incredible place to get away for a family vacation. My family of nine (dad, two sister's, their families, my family) stayed for a week. This home felt like it had tons of space for us to spend time together and also for us to have our own space when we needed it. The pool, hot tub, beach toys/amenities, two kitchens, two living spaces, two screened porch areas create an optimal rental for a large or multi-family vacation.We walked to the beach multiple times per day and found so many shark teeth. The beach feels insanely private as this community is still recovering from Helene. My husband and I especially enjoyed the bikes with lights attached and the ability to bike to local restaurants for a drink in the evening as it cooled down.

LisaEverything is exactly as described. Our family of 7 including 2 grandsons spent the majority of the time in the outside pool area. So nice that it is enclosed to keep the bugs away. You can be in the shade or in the sun. All of the beach items were so handy especially with the wagon for the short walk over to the beach. Even with a holiday weekend... the beach was not crowded at all. We enjoyed all of the local restaurants and encourage other visitors to help boost the area coming back from the recent hurricanes. The host was nice and the house is absolutely beautiful with so many extra amenities.

TaniaThis is a stand-out resort-type home with absolutely every single thing you can possibly need. The beach is a very short walk down the driveway. The pool and hot-tub were crystal clear. Both kitchens were stocked better than any place our family has ever stayed. The bathrooms are all updated with very accessible showers and tubs. It was incredibly helpful having a washing machine and dryer both upstairs AND downstairs. The Blackstone worked GREAT for Sunday brunch outside. The game area was super fun and the kids loved Connect 4 and the arcade games. We love love loved the pool and spent most of our time on the downstairs lanai. Naveen was incredibly accommodating with our check-in. I truly can not say enough great things about this home. We didn't get a chance to use the bikes, but they were readily available and in really great condition. No cooler? no problem. The home has one. No beach wagon? No problem.The home has one.Don't look any further if you want a great place in Englewood.

It is a short walk to the beach where you can find shark’s teeth, several restaurants are just down the road and the home has plenty of toys to entertain your entire family. NicoleMy family and I had a fantastic time at this rental. It was well stocked—not just with the basics like linens and cookware, but also with extras like spices, olive oil, plastic bags, coffee, mini shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. I mention these things because my family has had to supply many of these things at other rentals in the area and I thought Naveen and Carmen went above and beyond to be accommodating. How annoying is it to have to buy toilet paper and dish soap for a short term rental?!

KaylaNaveen and Carmen were absolutely incredible hosts! The house was absolutely perfect for a party of 12! Neighbors were very nice, walking distance to the beach is 2 minutes and very easily accessible with strollers, wagons, etc. Lots of beach chairs, kids beach and pool toys - simply amazing!
