1256 sq. ft. Your vacation home has two bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, as well as a den, and 2 baths. It also has vaulted ceilings and a lanai overlooking a lake--a nice way to complement your morning cup of coffee. It's a second floor unit so it's up safe and high.
All utilities are included in your monthly rent, including cable and internet. Your home is also outfitted with books, DVDs, board games, cards, puzzles, tennis rackets, golf clubs, basketball, bicycle, even a fishing rod and tackle. We've tried to anticipate the things you'd like to do!
Overall, it's a great environment for a small family or couple, or even an individual who's looking for a quiet, secluded spot. Maybe you're tired of long, cold winters, or maybe you're now working remotely and you want a better place to enjoy your downtime. You can stay for a month, a season, or a year--it's up to you!
Your home is located in the Willow Brook section of the Parker Lakes community. It's a peaceful spot, and it is not an over-55 community, so if you're younger, that's just fine. It even has a small playground your kids can enjoy, or you can take them out to Lakes Park, a nearby spot that has all sorts of additional activities they'd love.
Renters are not allowed pets, but that's about the only restriction you'll find here. Overall, it's a great environment for a small family or couple, or even an individual who's looking for a quiet spot with a lot to do when the work is done.

You are in an amazing location, surrounded by lots of shopping & dining options. You're only 10 minutes from Lakes Park with bike and paddle boat rentals, playground, mini-train ride, picnic pavilions, and bike/jog paths.
You have easy access to Fort Myers Beach, which is only 18 minutes from your doorstep, and the world renowned beaches of Sanibel Island. Get there at the right time and you can find some incredible sea shells.
If sailing is more your thing, you've got that too. There are several local marinas, and you can take sailing lessons or rent your own boat or catamaran. You can learn to scuba dive as well--there are several reefs right near Fort Myers. You can rent a jet ski or go parasailing, or charter a boat to go deep sea fishing. You can swim with dolphins off Sanibel Island or go on sightseeing tours to view manatees or alligators.
Do you like Baseball? In February and March, spring training for the Boston Red Sox is right in Fort Myers only 18 minutes away, and the Minnesota Twins training camp is only 13 minutes away.
There are several great public golf courses in the Fort Myers area. The Fort Myers Country Club has a public course and it's only 15 minutes away.
The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall is only a few miles away. You can catch live music, symphonies, and plays performed by world renowned acts.
If you prefer quieter, more intellectual pursuits, you're only 5 minutes from the Lakes Regional Public Library--it's just outside our Parker Lakes community.

In February and March, spring training camp for the Tampa Bay Rays is only an hour away in Port Charlotte. Ninety minutes to the Baltimore Orioles camp in Sarasota, ten minutes further out you'll find the Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton, and the New York Yankees are two hours away in Tampa.
From April to October you can catch regular season baseball. You've got the Tampa Bay Rays or the Miami Marlins within 2-3 hours.
Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando are just under three hours north, and Busch Gardens is 2 hours north.
If you like big city life, Tampa is two hours away and Miami is less than three. The NFL's Buccaneers and Dolphins are within reach.
The Kennedy Space Center is just under 4 hours northeast of your condo. If you're a science guy like me, this is a must see. You can even view live rocket launches from the space center--they happen fairly often.
The Everglades National Park is a few hours south. Key Largo is about 3 hours south, or if you want to go all the way you can make a run along the Overseas Highway to Key West!

All utilities are included in your rent. We don't charge you additionally for water, sewer, trash, cable, internet/wifi, or even electricity.
Your rent also includes the use of the Parker Lakes facilities.
Minimum stay for renters is one month. No pets are allowed. No smoking inside the apartment.
We offer a 10% discount for months beyond the first three.
For stays of one month, 2/3 of your rent is due at the time of lease signing in order to reserve the condo. The balance is due at least one month prior to the start of your stay.
For stays of 2 or 3 months, 1/2 of your rent is due at the time of lease signing in order to reserve the condo. The balance is due at least one month prior to the start of your stay.
For stays longer than 3 months, 2 months rent is due at the time of lease signing in order to reserve the condo. Each additional month's rent is due at least one month prior to the beginning of that month's stay.
At least ninety days in advance of your stay you're entitled to a full refund. Any later than that and you'd be refunded only for those months that we can find another renter, less costs associated with obtaining a new renter. Unrented months are not refunded. The closer we get to the time of your stay, the more difficult it becomes to find a renter, so there's the possibility if you cancel very late, that there could be no refund, since we've lost that month's rent.
Rent may be paid by personal check, bank transfer (ACH), Paypal, Venmo, or credit card.
