Outdoor seating and live music is common and people and pets are friendly...our Stuart cottage is located in the middle of it all!
This tastefully decorated 2 bedroom - King bed and Queen bed - 1 bath house with private patios and fenced yard provides plenty of privacy and has all the amenities of a modern house...updated decor, comfortable furnishings & beds, a fully equipped kitchen and also a designated work desk. When you are ready to venture out, be sure the check out the many activities available to you in the 'Things To Do' Notebook.
The property photos are always up-to-date. Each bedroom has plenty of space and includes full size closets, ceiling fans, comfortable beds with updated linens. The central A/C cools very well especially with a recent new roof and new storm windows.
We ask that you review the House Rules Notebook in the house upon arrival which lists house instructions (trash and recycle pick up days, WiFi access codes etc.) You will also find a 'Things To Do' Notebook with loads of information...maps, menus, brochures

The covered patio is incorporated within the fully fenced yard and a nice place to read, work, chat on the phone etc. Pets safely enjoy watching the sidewalk for new furry friends that may walk by. The backyard is tropical landscaped for privacy and enjoyment. We recently added fiber optic cable for super fast speed. Wifi has always been very reliable in all areas of the property.

On various nights Carson's offer live music and the food is good! Downtown Stuart has many restaurants of all menus numerous activities and Things to Do are found in the Guest Notebooks in the house.
Gilberts Coffee Shop near Sailfish Marina is a great place to view the sunset and very close to Sailors' Return restaurant....good food, nightlife and people and boat watching....a 2 mile walk

I just finished up a month at Stuart Cottage 1. This is a great location, very quiet and close to everything. I enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Stuart and my Son's neighborhood. I'll be back and have already booked another month in 2026.

We absolutely adored the cottage in Stuart. This place was my favorite place I have ever stayed! You’re close to everything,& it’s a surfer and divers paradise!! I have no complaints other than the fact that I’m not there right now, great hosts, great time, we will be back one day! Stuart is a gem, you will not be disappointed!

We stayed at this beach cottage for nearly two weeks over the holidays, so we could be close to family, while also having our dogs with us. The home delivered everything as listed, the host was responsive, and the decor was fun -- which made it feel even more like a nice Florida getaway. Not to mention, we really enjoyed the fenced backyard and the patio. We walked into downtown Stuart several times for coffee or lunch -- a few miles round trip, but easy! We also enjoyed the taco truck at the end of the street.

Neat little home!
We love this cute little home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything! Downtown Stuart and the beach are both just a hop and an skip away in opposite directions. The home kitchen is well supplied and we love having the porch to enjoy the outdoors!

This was our first time in Stuart and we loved it! Our vacation rental was great and we would highly recommend it. It was on a nice quiet street and was a short car/bike ride from both the beaches and the downtown area. Great place to stay!

Check-in/Check-out dates are restricted to Saturdays only from Mid December through March. All other times of year, the check in/check out date is negotiable.
No more than 2 pets allowed. Pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and flea control and friendly with people and other pets, must not bark to disturb the neighbors and cleaned up after at all times which includes poop pick up and vacuuming daily for pet dander.
The driveway can accommodate 2 cars side by side. It is OK to park in the mulched area for both cars to fit in the driveway. The sidewalks must be clear for walkers and not blocked by cars. Street parking is not allowed; a visitor can parallel park a car on the grass between the street and sidewalk.
