Our Crystal Beach Getaway is newly renovated both inside and out with everything you need to grill, cook, and dine either inside or outside watching the sunset.
When it's time to lay your head to rest, our Crystal Beach Getaway home has:

Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower, with plenty of room in each.
The property is built on stilts; therefore, the living spaces are located on the second floor requiring guests to use steps. Lower level includes laundry room/half bath which is accessible from inside stairs.

Fred Howard Park Beach/Sunset Beach- 8 mile drive in Tarpon Springs.
Caladesi State Park Island- Accessed via Honeymoon Island. You must take a Ferry Boat to get to the beach or you can rent Kayaks at Honeymoon to go to Caladesi.
Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks- 5 mile drive, which is known for their authentic Greek food and Sponge docks. Lots of tourist-type shops and restaurants near the water.
Pinellas Trail- within steps from the home, it’s a 45 mile bike/walking trail stretching from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg.

-Outside visitors are not permitted on the property. We can only allow the guests indicated on the reservation at the property. We are obligated to confirm and monitor the number of guests at the property. There are great areas near the property to meet friends, such as local parks, beaches or restaurants.
-Guests not included on the reservation are subject to an extra fee of $100 per day per guest. If at any time there are additional guests over our max occupancy limit at the property then the reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund.
-The reservation must be made for the max number of people that will be at the property at any given time.
We do NOT allow any parties or events; including bachelorette or bachelor . If a party/event is observed at the property then the reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund. We are located in a quiet community, therefore, loud music is not allowed. We're obligated to monitor outside noise after 10 PM per the Pinellas County STR regulation.
-3rd party bookings are strictly prohibited. The individual booking the property must be present at check-in and stay the entire duration of the reservation. The guest that makes the reservation is responsible for submitting the names of all guests in order to receive the door code.
-Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to request ID for any guest.
-When sending a booking request please be sure to let us know the purpose of your travel to the Crystal Beach area. Since we are a family oriented rental we want to ensure our property is the right fit for your vacation.
