Beach Cottages Ocean & Pool View Condo!

ALERT: Beach Cottages Pool and Pool Deck is closed and anticipated to re-open by the end of December. We will have access to a pool 1 block north of us (3 minute walk). This timeline is subject to change without notice.

Stay at one of the most well-maintained buildings in Indian Shores right on the beach and experience the powdery white sand beach and dreamy cotton candy sunsets. Beach Cottages features a spacious pool deck with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and gas grills. Enjoy private access to walk just steps to the sugary sand beach or lounge on the pool deck while taking in the sand and shore. Features a building elevator so packing your gear for the beach is a breeze!

Primary Bedroom - Oversized primary suite with King bed, ensuite bathroom, private balcony access and smart TV.
Second Bedroom - Two Queen beds and smart TV.
Hallway Bathroom – Shower/Tub combination.
Living Room - Cozy living room with ocean views plus sliding glass door balcony access and smart TV.
Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen for everything you need while away plus coffee and tea bar. Features a private washer/dryer off the kitchen.
Private Balcony - Accessible by living room or master suite, with pool and ocean views.

Know before you go:
Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Accessibility: Located on Floor 3 - accessible by 3 flights of stairs or use building elevator to access level 3 above parking garage.
Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
July 4th Holiday: If you are booking during the week of July 4th, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction.
