The Pine Haven Association requires at least 10 business days to process your application. Please ensure your booking dates are at least 14 days into the future.
50% deposit of your total lease (rent and taxes) as well as the application fee is required at booking. The final payment is due 120 days prior to the check-in date.
CANCELLATIONS **- The Pine Haven Association fee is NOT refundable. Cancellations made more than 120 days prior to lease start date will be refunded, less a $1000.00 fee. Cancellations within 120 days of arrival are NOT refundable.

I had an amazing stay at this condo! The owner was truly wonderful to work with—very accommodating and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The condo itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the huge TVs and free internet were a great bonus. The location couldn’t be better! It’s only about 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from a couple of gorgeous beaches, and just minutes from tons of great restaurants in Bonita Springs & North Naples. Downtown Bonita Springs is only 3 minutes away, with the Sugar Shack and Rooftop at Riverside with food trucks offering terrific food, live music and great vibes. The pool on-site was also a perfect place to relax. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back!
