We had such a nice time! The community was beautiful and having all the amenities right there was amazing. Open play pickleball was crazy busy but they kept it pretty organized. There was some confusion with the golf rate. It was advertised $30 pp with the membership transfer but it was actually increased to $60 pp . (No fault of the host) The condo was very nice and had a great view of Hole #6. The TV in the living room is really nice and big! We were able to log into all of our apps to watch our shows. The only thing on my wish list for next time would be a few more things in the kitchen. We cook a lot! Measuring cups, handheld mixer, regular toaster. Keurig for coffee/tea. We were so grateful to find a pet friendly host! They were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would stay again without hesitation.

We recently had pleasure of renting 12240 Wellen Golf St , #306 for month of March 2026 . Rental includes golf transfer for 2 and access to all amenities. This unit has lovely view of 10th tee , fireplace ,very nice TVs, very close to pro shop , pool, Tiki Bar , Spa , gym . The unit was very clean , nicely furnished , very comfortable to enjoy a month in Florida sunshine , escape from a Michigan winter . The owner was very easy to communicate with , offered many helpful tips about area was fairly easy to get tee times once we learned how to use online reservation and lottery system . We loved exploring this community , the new downtown with nightly music, all the restaurants , parks , walking . WPCC is a gem , and this rental is a great unit to call home , would recommend and hope to return.
