Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf of America from the private balcony off the master bedroom and dining room, and/or when the sun sets, check out the second balcony located off the oversized family room. Enjoy cocktails on our second balcony with views of the intercoastal and our private fishing dock, where you can watch yachts sail back to the marina at the day's end. DINING ROOM
The kitchen is complete with all the necessities of home. Supplies include pots, pans, dishes, and all you would need to prepare a meal.
Master Bedroom Ensuite - Located on the gulf side of this unit, complete with a comfortable king-size bed, TV, and walk-in closet. The roomy sitting area is perfect for dolphin/manatee sightings or whatever would please you in the privacy of your bedroom. This room views the Gulf of America with sliders to a private balcony. The stairwell to the pool from this balcony is convenient. (2nd Floor) The balcony is private in that people cannot see you from other units or pool areas. Great for coffee in your PJs or sunbathing!
The second bedroom is equipped with comfortable twin beds.
The third bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed. Rainy-day games, books, and more are stored in the closet and throughout the unit. This room overlooks the neighbor's pool and lush greenery.
The family room is oversized with a fireplace and desk on one side of the room and a 58" TV, comfy leather couches, and a double recliner on the other side. Watch TV or enjoy the views from either side of this room. Catch the action on the inter-coastal and fishing dock; access to the 2nd balcony with a great view of the inter-coastal and Gulf Boulevard. Unbelievable sunrises from this balcony.

Unique Benefits
One of the unique benefits of this condo is its size and location. The building itself is private with a total of 15 units. At full capacity, the beach is private. The sand is soft and white, and the water is crystal clear. The condo is situated in the 'Narrows', which is surrounded by the Gulf and the Intracoastal. The photos are very deceiving. Most people, upon arrival, express how happy they are with the size of the unit and the views. It is very roomy and split into two sections: the Gulf side and the intercoastal side. When visiting Indian Rocks Beach, there is truly nowhere else I would want to stay then this condo. We’ve stayed at Footprints Vacation Hideaway many times—both in the summer and the fall—and it never disappoints. The condo is in a perfect location, with several stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach, just steps from the condo, is never crowded and is absolutely beautiful. The condo itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect beach getaway—chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare your own meals. The views are beautiful from both balconies. I enjoyed starting my mornings sitting on the intracoastal balcony with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise and ending the day, watching the most gorgeous sunsets from the beachside one. Tina and John are amazing hosts—so attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely welcoming. They make you feel like part of their family. I look forward to coming back year after year!

We booked this condo a few years ago and I did not write a review then, but i am now. We own a condo in St Pete Beach but it is not large enough for our growing family. When I discussed our condo with Tina, the owner, we fell in love with her personality. She not only got us the timeframe we needed, but she met us at the property with a lovely gift. She checked in on us and we made wonderful memories. We loved the access to fishing on the bay and straight into the ocean. I could sit on either balcony and watch my teenagers. The private access to our room and pool was amazing. Everything was exactly like she described it. WE LOVE IT and highly recommend it. It was clean, fully stocked, terrific location and we cannot wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time staying the week! There were 4 of us with room to spare. The condo is nice and spacious. It is in the perfect location and the beach was never crowded. We loved being in the narrows area and not near a public beach access. The convenience of being right on the beach with the easy access to the stairs taking us right out to the pool and then beach made for easy trips in and out of the condo. We felt safe coming and going and allowing our 13 year old to do the same. The many beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided made packing easy. It was a nice walk to nearby restaurants and short drive to many other attractions in the area. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. The sunrises and sunsets on each balcony stole the show, though. We cannot wait to go back and would love to stay here again.

It is walking distance to several very nice bars and restaurants.The king size bed in the master was comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to all requests and concerns. I would give 10 stars if I could We absolutely love staying in Footprints Hideaway! The condo has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The layout of the condo is great with plenty of room to spread out whether there are two of you or a family of 6. The kitchen has everything needed to cook your own meals or if you are looking to eat out there are some great restaurants within walking distance. The views are simply amazing from both balconies. It's a perfect stay no matter the season. We have stayed in both June and early November and have always had a wonderful time. The beach is never crowded and it's a beautiful area. I have nothing but great things to say about the owners Tina and John too. You couldn't ask for better hosts! Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They make you feel so welcomed and like part of their family which is one of the many reasons we keep coming back! I'm already counting down the days to be back there!

Loved this spacious, well-appointed home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We traveled with another couple and they had plenty of space and as well as us. There is great spaces to hang out and spend time together (bayside porch, living room, kitchen and dining room, pool area, beach and of course, ocean side porch our favorite). We spent most of our time at the condo on the ocean side porch. Views were phenomenal with palm tree for the perfect accent. Close to many restaurants and centrally located. Great location on the island. The complex itself was easy to access and quiet and calm. Exactly what we wanted. We hope to return soon.

Very nice and well-equipped condo directly on the beach. Pool area was kept clean at all times. Beach was calm and quiet. The condo was clean upon arrival and well-stocked with anything that may be needed. Beautiful views from both balconies. Tina, the owner, was fantastic to work with. Very kind and genuinely concerned about her guests. No complaints whatsoever. Bedrooms were all spacious and it was nice having two full baths.

The unit is very large and very clean. The views are wonderful - right on the beach anddx across the street from the intercoastal. The complex is small and only a few units were occupied while we were there. Not really a bad thing - pool and beach area to ourselves. The owner has provided everything you need to cook in, have fun at the beach or just lounge by the pool. Lots of restaurants close by and grocery stores just a little farther. We enjoyed our trip and the owner was available by phone if we had any issues. Definitely reconmend.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina and John’s condominium. The location of the condominium in Indian Rocks Beach is perfect on the narrows. The unit is practical and has everything that you need to feel at home. The layout of the unit is unique as the bedrooms are spread out. My mother was never worried about waking others up in the morning and our sweet baby slept great in the master bedroom which is far from the living room. We greatly appreciated using the pack n play and high chair. My older sons enjoyed the boogie boards and played football on the beach. The unit was very quiet however the building was not at full capacity. We appreciated the convenience of being on the 2nd floor and the use of the semi private elevator. Tina left us perfect instructions for check in and check out. We enjoyed the balcony facing the gulf and the intercostal equally. My kids were excited to see the dolphins in the intercostal. We cooked many meals in the unit and found mostly everything we needed. My only wish is that the condominium offered access to a community gas grill. There is a charcoal grill for use, but we just happen to be more familiar with our gas Weber. We enjoyed mini golf and Tampa zoo (absolute must if you have younger children) The Indian Rocks Beach area has a very nice vibe and plenty of restaurants.

This condo has absolutely everything needed for a perfect family beach vacation. The unit is spacious and clean, has AMAZING views, and is steps from the beach/pool. It was wonderful having beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even sand castle toys available for use. We did not cook much but the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy meals (we did use the ice cream scooper a few times!). Tina was friendly and helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. The location is great - plenty of restaurants and stores nearby but not overly crowded. We would love to visit again!

I can't begin to say enough great things about this Home away from home! We stayed in the condo for the first time back in 2018 and had one of the best Summer vacations with our family of 4. We knew then that we wanted to come back. The wait was long over due when my husband and I were finally able to make it back this year! We wanted to have our own Beach vacation for our anniversary and this condo was the first place we thought of and were very excited that it was available. Absolutely love the area. Never busy and the beach is never crowded. The condo has everything you need for the beach from chairs to towels to beach toys if there are kids in your group. The layout of the condo is great. Plenty of room to spread out whether there are two of you or a family of 6. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook your own meals or if you are looking to eat out there are some great restaurants within walking distance. The views are amazing from both balconies. I spent most mornings sitting on the balcony with my coffee and a good book. We even saw dolphins playing in the water one morning. The owners Tina and John are amazing hosts! Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They make you feel so welcomed and like part of their family. I couldn't have asked for a better relaxing vacation. We love it so much, we've already planned our return for next year!

We visited with my parents and my three very small children (3 and under) and could not have had a better experience! We were checking in the day after Hurricane Ian had hit and actually drove through it on our way south into Florida. Tina was extremely communicative leading up to our trip and checked on us as we traveled into town, taking special care to make sure the unit was ready after having had to evacuate it just a few days before. The views from the condo are unlike any other and the convenience of walking directly down to the pool and beach from our patio made lugging our kids and gear down as easy as it possibly could be. It was such a short walk that it was easy to bring kids back and forth for meals, potty breaks, naps etc. The elevator from the parking space to the unit was extremely convenient too. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!Thank you to John and Tina. We will be back!

Wonderfully located on the Narrows. You'll get plenty of exercise walking from the front balcony to see all the wildlife in the intercostal waterway to the ocean front balcony where you will see everything from rays, dolphins, boats and beautiful sunsets. The condo accommodated 6 adults without any concern for space and included every item we could have possibly needed. Hats off to Tina and John for doing things right - it is obvious you want to do things right and you did just that. I would not hesitate returning to this unit and the Indian Rocks Beach area. Our family of five (grandparent/parents and kids) had a relaxing and fun time at Footprints. The condo was as described steps from the beach. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The kitchen had everything our family needed. The other guests at the condo were pleasant. The condo was clean and well cared for. We watched the sunset from the beach or balcony everyday. We look walks/jogs on the beach in the mornings. The hosts were kind and checked in on us when we first arrived and after we left. If we return to Florida we will always stay at Footprint.

Our family just got back this week, we want to thank Tina and John for sharing! We have 4 kids, they loved the pool and had no complaints about the beds, they said they felt comfortable and relaxed! The views were amazing, very quiet, but close to lots to do. We loved seeing dolphins, sea turtles, kids loved the frogs and lizards everywhere! My youngest woke up today asking to come back because she wanted to catch some frogs and lizards haha! We hope to make it back at some point but maybe without the kids next time haha!!! I will begin by saying that the owners were amazing to us, 5 stars customer service. The location of this unit is amazing. It is right on the beach, you can easily admire the beautiful sunsets of the west coast which are breathtaking. It is a small condo unit (6 units I think), so it was very quiet and relaxing. There is a pool and showers from when you come back from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, equipped with everyday household items in addition to beach chairs, umbrellas and toys so that was less things for us to pack. The beds were comfortable, TVs in every room, huge TV in the family room with Roku. We loved the security of the building, you need an access key for the elevator which leads you directly to the apartment. There are tons of restaurants in the area, there is also a Publix 5 min away (Instacart delivers!), there is also a CVS, gas station a few miles down. We went to St. Petersburg several times for dinner, it's only a 30 min drive and it has amazing restaurants as well and a very nice night ambiance, good for families too, we travelled with 2 young children. Thanks Tina for your kindness and understanding, for getting back to me always through texts and emails.

We were looking for a 3 bedroom condo on the beach in Indian Rocks Beach to celebrate our grandsons graduation from college in Missouri and were lucky to find this beautiful condo. It was wonderful to be here with our daughter grand daughter and grandson who live in Kansas. The owners John and Tina were so gracious and made us feel welcome and right at home. The condo has everything that you would need and more to be comfortable. The views were awesome and the sunsets beautiful. This is not a large condo complex so you have allot of privacy and the spectacular beach is not crowded There are many good restaurants and beach stores nearby as well as an ice cream shop with 100 flavors of ice cream. The pool area is well maintained and easy to reach from the condo. We highly recommend this condo!. John and Tina saw to it that all of us had a great time Dave and Judy ( Mt Dora, Florida)

We were lucky enough to spend 2 weeks here. The place was very spacious and had all the things we needed from beach chairs, towels, umbrella's, new blender and excellent communication. The owners were very responsive and provided us with great instructions on getting in to the unit and instructions for departing. The place was cute as it had lots of shore trinkets and beach goodies on shelves, walls etc. It was very clean and was convenient to the pool, elevator, stairs. The views were unbelievable. Watched sunsets every night from the balcony or the beach. The pool was very nice and easy to get to. I was also impressed with the people we met. Many seemed to be repeat renters in the complex. The location was great also. I short walk or very short drive to several restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed eating at Salt Rock grill, Guppies, Grumpy Bills and VIP mexican. Footprints was the perfect place for our family vacation. The setting is spectacular! Sunrises, sunsets, sugary soft sand and a swimming pool steps away from the spacious 3 bedroom condo. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay is provided. The owners were very friendly and attentive and made you feel at home in theirs. We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I stumbled upon this place one year and fell in love! Perfect size, perfect location. The views are amazing! The condo is well maintained and inviting! The last time i went in 2019, my husband had passed away a few months prior. But he had already booked it for vacation. I decided to go one last time and am so glad I did! the owners are very sweet and caring and make you feel right at home! I hope to be able to return someday!

This location is amazing - the beach is on your doorstep!! John and Tina (owners) are wonderful and literally make you feel at home. There is everything here that you could possibly need for a stay in paradise. We did our grocery shopping and that was it! If you want to go out for a meal, there are great places in walking distance. The unit was clean, bright and organized. On-site parking was great and the building secure. We cannot say enough about this place and the owners. We are already talking about going back!!
