Escape to the delightful neighborhood of Lynnhaven and stay at our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully furnished villa. Located a stone's throw away from Lake Sumter Landing Village Square, this property is perfect for those who love peace and quiet, yet want to be close to restaurants/shops/ other conveniences. In fact, Publix, Walmart, and Starbucks are just minutes away by golf cart!

The space
Our villa features a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom suite, along with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. There is also a guest room with two single beds, respectively. For your convenience, all bedding is included.

Relax in the screened-in porch, complete with ample seating, or enjoy your morning coffee and a newspaper on the open-air patio out front. You can even park your car in the 1-car garage.
Inside, the central air/heat and ceiling fans ensure your comfort all year round. There's a fully functional kitchen with a bar-style countertop and four bar stools. Kitchen fixtures include a full-sized range oven, microwave, coffee maker, normal coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, sink with faucet. You'll also find a washer and dryer in the hallway.

This is an active Senior Community for residents aged 55 and above. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods, and family activities are available. Please note that our home can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. For additional guests, please book through VRBO.

Taxes, utilities, cable TV, WiFi, trash, and lawn service are all included in your stay. And, if you're a golfer, we now have a golf cart rental available!

The Villages community offers countless amenities such as golf, pickleball, swimming, and more. This is called a Village Guest Pass. If you're interested in these amenities, please notify us a few days ahead of your check-in.
