Step inside and be surrounded by the warmth of Dade County pine and rich wood flooring. The main floor features a spacious living room, perfect for work or relaxation, with seating for six in the indoor dining area.
Off the living room, you’ll find a full bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub, pedestal sink, and original mosaic tile. The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the private yard and is ready for home-cooked meals or cocktails at sunset.
The home is filled with natural light thanks to an abundance of wood-framed windows, finished in bright white moldings that highlight the home’s timeless character.
Upstairs, the second floor houses both bedrooms, another full bathroom, and plenty of storage space.
