DeniseWe stayed at this large beautiful home the week of Thanksgiving 2025. We took our family (grown children, spouses and 6 grandchildren) with us and the home had a perfect layout to accommodate us all. The game room and the theatre room were such a hit with the kids. The communication with Dillian was absolutely amazing. We are already planning a return trip next year.

NicWonderful place, BUT we had 2 disappointments (which is why not a 5 star):1: When paying to heat the pool at 40$ per day, it didn’t get warm for 3 days and we were there for 4 days. Feels like we wasted money unfortunately. Solution is, when paying for four day the pool should be heated two days BEFORE your arrival.2: We had an unwelcome pest 2” in size that was upstairs in the kids room. After contacting Dillan we were informed they spray and treat the house. I believe them, but never the less it sill happened.We had a GREAT time minus those two unfortunate things.

Mary B.An amazing house for families! Our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids) stayed for 6 nights and didn’t want to leave. The house is spacious, well laid out and very comfortable for all. The kids loved the pool and the 2 water parks in Champions Gate. Beds were super comfortable and overall couldn’t be happier! Our host Dillan was super responsive and friendly. The house is located near a ton of restaurants and is a short drive to the parks. Loved the location and amenities. We would not hesitate to stay there again! The kids did not want to leave and said they wished they could stay a year! We highly recommend staying here. There is plenty of room and privacy for the whole family. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

RebekahGreat stay! Dillan was incredibly responsive throughout our entire stay addressing and fixing issues as soon as we contacted him. The place is exactly as described though it felt a little worn and could use some TLC (e.g., scoreboard didn’t work on the basketball and air hockey machine, dryer vent and pool heater had to be serviced during our stay and movie theater system could use an upgrade). All in all a fantastic location for our family reunion!

LiorGreat stay we were 2 families with a bunch of kiddos. The kids had a great time in the game room and the theater room as well as the pool. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. The host was very responsive with any questions and needs we had. The neighborhood is very safe and easy to get around. Great for families sharing space on a theme park vacation! AAA+++

ChrisThis home is exactly as described and shown, I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes over the years and this is the best in my opinion. Dillan is an EXCELLENT host, he clearly cares and gives the personal touch.This is not a stale investment company owned rental, Dillan has a fantastic home very well thought out and furnished. The stand out features that make it above the rest: Perfect games room and upper landing/games room. These cater for kids of all ages (and adults), and provide for both Xbox and PS fans! Very comfortably furnished, done with style. Good lighting too, this is big for me…I don’t like stale bright white lighting everywhere/builder grade stark lighting….not here! Excellent movie theater, easy to use and perfect for the family. Great pool and lanai, perfect for night and day. Comfortable seating, and WITH A TV AND SOUNDBAR AND SUBWOOFER. Many rentals don’t have this, but what a difference it makes. Finally Dillan himself, he is a top tier host, friendly & cares!

ClaireWe have just returned from a fab week away at Dillan’s house. Dillan was always so helpful and responded promptly to any messages and queries that we had from the moment we booked until the day we left. All information was very clear and we had no issues finding the house when we arrived. The house is huge and kept in a pristine condition. The facilities are amazing and nothing is too far away and within a short drive from all the parks. We used the country club one day and had a good experience. We did not want to leave and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Dillan.

ArlenyAmazing stay at this home! Dillan and his co-hosts were extremely accommodating and super responsive. my only regret was not being able to stay longer. The home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. I would absolutely return with my family and would recommend to all!
