Our house is only 1 mile to historic St Augustine, 1 mile to St Augustine Amphitheater & short drive to the beach! We are in a great location to explore both the beaches and historic St Augustine!! Walk or take a bike ride to the Light House & the Alligator Farm! Many great restaurants within walking distance. Bikes, beach towels & beach toys are available for use.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Master bedroom has a king size bed and NEW king size bed in the second bedroom. Living room, there is a twin size daybed with trundle. Custom made curtains and shower curtains throughout the house. Blackout curtains in bedrooms! Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. Nice size fenced in backyard for kids to play in! Pack n play and high chair are available.
The neighborhood is located on Anastasia Island. Great family friendly neighborhood. You may need a car to explore the island. Historic St augustine is only 1 mile away, a very inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride.
The house comes with 4 adult bikes, and one with a rear child seat. *** Please note, I cannot guarantee all bikes will be in working order at the time of your visit. If you need additional bikes, there is a place to rent bikes down the street. Thank you!
Well behaved dogs only, 35 lbs and under are allowed for a $75.00 pet fee per dog. 2 dogs max, $150.00 for 2 dogs.
**For guest staying for long visits, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it would be an additional cleaning fee per cleaning. I do leave cleaning supplies and vacuum and mop for my long term guest.
My husband and I manage our vacation home together. No management company. We love and enjoy our vacation home and hope you will too!
**Due to my schedule certain dates during the year, require a higher minimum night stay and required check in day unless staying longer than minimum stay.

This house is 2 blocks from A1A and 2 blocks from the intercoastal. It is a very short walk to numerous restaurants, the Light House, the Alligator Farm and the State Park. Most of the restaurants are pet friendly and the area is a great place to walk. It is a 20 minute walk across the bridge to the historic downtown district. The drive on, pet friendly beaches of St Augustine are just a 10 minute drive. The house is clean, securely fenced and well furnished. The kitchen allows you to prepare any or all of your meals. Amanda responds to questions instantly. The neighborhood is quiet and a mix of permanent residents and snow birds. The house and neighborhood is perfect for us and we have already booked next year.

This house worked very well for my wife and me. The owner was very friendly and accessible. The location was only a mile from downtown St. Augustine and only a few minutes drive to beaches. We enjoyed out stay and would definitely recommend this house.
