We have the property equipped and ready for your beach stay!
This condo includes amazing, 16th floor views of the beach and gulf from the huge 10 X 28 balcony. The condo is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable.
The gulf-front master bedroom, with king bed, includes balcony access and private master bath. The large guest room includes 2 Queen beds and private access to the second bathroom.
The kitchen includes stainless appliances and breakfast bar with seating for five. The dining area includes table and chairs for six. . A laundry room with a full size washer/dryer is perfect for keeping your clothes, swimwear, linens, and towels clean.
This property includes an outdoor heated pool on the beach, an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a private grilling area with charcoal and gas grills, and a work out area.
Our area has activities galore! Water activities, shopping, dining and entertainment are all right there! Close to great golf courses. Everything you could possible need is within 1.5 miles, including Pier Park, grocery stores, drug stores, Wal-Mart. Convenient to airport; less than 12-hour drive from most mid-western U.S. cities. Across street from double putt-putt course, AND go-cart track. Just down the sidewalk a short walk away you'll find Runaway Island Restaurant, one of the nicest, most delicious, beach-front, restaurants in Panama City Beach.
Ideal parking includes a covered, reserved, parking space located under the building and close to the elevators and additional parking on same level and across the street. This convenience makes short trips to and from your vehicle a breeze! No long walks to a parking garage across the street. No wasted time searching for an open parking space.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
