Unit 2203 is spacious and includes 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot interior doors, large bedrooms, and an oversized 10x28 balcony. From the balcony you'll enjoy the 20+ mile coastal views, our beautiful Emerald Coast, and the magnificent sunsets. Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated, exclusive-use, parking space located directly under the building and close to the elevators (no walks across the street).
The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stainless appliances including refrigerator/freezer, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The breakfast bar includes 4 barstools. The dining area features a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The living room provides seating for everyone and includes sofa sleeper, loveseat, balcony access, and beautiful views of the gulf!
The gulf front master bedroom includes king bed, private bath with combination shower/tub, and also adjoins the balcony. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The king-size guest bedroom is spacious and includes private access to the guest bath with combination shower/tub. A separate laundry room includes washer and dryer.
Comfortable, high-end, composite balcony furnishings are available for your outdoor enjoyment! Enjoy the comfortable love seat and arm chairs as well as a dining table for those outdoor sunset meals or happy hour!
Ocean Reef offers a gulf-front pool, indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and 330 feet of sandy beach! Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent daily or by the week. The beach service runs from March 1st to October 31st.
Ocean Reef is perfectly located on the west-end of Panama City Beach close to the Pier Park Shopping, Restaurant, and Entertainment district, and Walmart or Target. The highly-rated Runaway Island Restaurant is next door, a short walk to beach-front indoor or outdoor dining. Just across the street you'll find a large Alvin's Island gift shop, A'more coffee and doughnut shop, Funland Snackbar and Arcade, and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf (go-carts and mini-golf). Opening in 2025, next door to Walmart, is the popular TopGolf Golf Center, and in Pier Park, Dolly Parton's Pirate's Voyage Dinner and Showplace.

NOTE the following strictly enforced rules. NO SMOKING anywhere on property and NO SMOKING on the balcony. The no smoking policy at Ocean Reef is strictly enforced. Occupancy Limit is 6 guests including the children. As tempting as it is to bring more, do not exceed the occupancy limit. No loud parties or gatherings are permitted. Quiet hours can be found in the rules provided to you and posted on property. NO PETS, strictly enforced. You must be AGE 25 or older to book.
Ocean Reef provides entrance security and roving security on the property. The property manager is on-site. Armbands (provide by the property manager) are required while on property so that security knows you are residing at Ocean Reef and allowed to use the amenities.
